Pros: the product works great. the light is very bright and it is very useful when you are at a dark room and you want to read a book or a magazine. The price is great, the product works fine and the plastic isn't too cheap.
Cons: The only con I see is that you have to keep removing the light when you are turning the pages. This is very anoying and it makes me a little lazy before I start reading.The other con I see is that the light is a white one...I would prefer if it was an yellow light.
Other Thoughts: I would buy it again if I need another one or if a friend wants one.
Bottomline: Great product! I recommend you to buy it definetely.

Cons: My Cons are:* Built with very cheap pieces;* The clip is too long and is needed to open before clipping on a book, this means that you can't leave on your book before turn it on
Other Thoughts: My thoughts:* Could be better wrapped, it came violed.* I bought to read in my bed, because i'm too lazy to get up to turn off my lamp.
Bottomline: My message for you:It's very good gift, I bought to my self ^^.I recommend.

Other Thoughts: Overall after you compare pro vs cons its a no-brainer. This is a must buy for any book reader that likes to read at night.
Bottomline: I recommend this product. Just know you are not getting the best book light available but you are getting the best book light for the price listed. You wont find another this cheap and good.
Pros: When you fold the light-arm flat, the LED turns off. Press the "OPEN" button on the side and the LED turns on, while the automatic double-jointed arm swings out. It uses grease-friction joints so it opens smoothly over about half a second, which looks really neat.
Cons: Powered by little button cells, not AAAs or AAs, so battery life is likely to be pretty ordinary. It'll still give you enough light to read by with quite flat batteries, though, so that's not a terrible problem. The beam angle of the LED is also too narrow to really properly light a book. And you're likely to waste battery life just opening and closing it over and over, because that's so much fun :-).
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: If it cost ten dollars, the narrow beam width and tiny batteries (which are, at least, included!) would make this a lousy product. At two bucks thirty-four, though, it's great. Even if you just use it as a toy :-).
