Pros: - looks good
- the rope is silicone so its very sturdy
- it turns off by itself when not in use
- rope length is adjustable for any size
- battery included
- lots of modes
- beeps when training
- package is good
- has instruction leaflet

Cons: - slightly hard to adjust the rope
- the words are pretty light and not really readable ( maybe its the batteries)

Other Thoughts: - i haven't lost any weight yet or anything but I'm sure steady training will get me somewhere
- packaging was in Chinese

Bottomline: - get it
- it may be a bit pricey
- it will make YOU more fitter
