Pros: This is one, very easy to use and versatile universal bicycle mount. The mount adapts easily to the handlebars on my Peugeot hybrid bicycle. It also can be tightened easily without the use of the included rubber shim. Once locked in place it does not shift its position. I was also able to mount my Ultrafire U4-MCU in the mount by stretching the rubbery-plastic material. The flashlight is held tightly in place. No tools are required for installation.
Cons: No side to side adjustment is possible - only vertical. Too large an opening to fit my WF-606A, but I bought it for the U4-MCU.
Other Thoughts: I'm not sure if the hardware is resistant to corrosion, but only a problem for those who cycle in rain. Flashlights can easily be removed if you're worried about theft when leaving the bike unattended.
Bottomline: A great deal, given the simplicity and versatility.
Pros: Holds many of my high-powered or high-efficiency flashlights in place, very well. Doesn't scuff up the handlebars or flashlight body.
Cons: Narrower-diameter flashlights may need a little tape around it to get it to fit. I'm concerned a very harsh bump might also cause light to fall out (though such a bump would probably mess you up bad enough to be less concerned about the flashlight).
Other Thoughts: I'll regularly treat the screw with silicone spray, to (hopefully) prevent rust.
Bottomline: Works as advertised, and is a real bargain!
Pros: Very good build quality, the plastic seems strong, the screw is made of metal so it will not break.Very cheap and good Quality / Price ratio.
Cons: My flashlight don't fit, need to use a rubber pad.It is not realy a con if your flashlight is some milimeters bigger than mine (Ultrafire WF-606A)
Other Thoughts: With a compatible flashlight this bycicle mount is certainly the best available on DealeXtreme.
Bottomline: If I need others flashlight on my bike I will buy some others.Certainly one of my best purchase on dealextreme!
Pros: - It accepts a fairly large range of lights. I've been able to use it with my UF C2, my Aurora AK-3 P7 and the 9 LED lights.- It's pretty strong plastic and can accept being stretched appart for a large bodied light.- It's cheap, well cheaper than having to buy seperate bike lights.- Easily adjustable using the screw, and the plastic pad which can be removed, depending on handle bar size.
Cons: Maybe it could be a little cheaper.
Other Thoughts: I use one to hold a 9 LED light on and one to hold one of my more powerful lights on. So with that combination I can be seen well and see the road well (9 LED light is aimed up towards the cars and UF C2 is aimed at the road).
Bottomline: These are really useful for using your flashlight as a bike light, and allowing you to easily clip it on and off your bike.
