Pros: -It's an mp3 player, voice recorder, e-book reader, video player, fm radio player, and a photo viewer!
-The quality of the music, photo, and video is okay, I guess.
-Cheap for a gadget like this.
-The speaker is very fun to use at times.

Cons: -The headphone quality it comes in is horrible. One ear had no sound coming out of mine.
-Video conversion was REALLY hard to convert for me. I used the converter DealExtreme provided and it said that it was an "unknown format." Then, I used the video converter that came with the watch and it said, " File Ver. 007, file not support." Finally, I searched all over the internet and found an older version and it works fine.
-Battery life is not that great.
-Once you put a video on your watch, the voice recorder might have problems. When I put on one video, I used the voice recorder in my house and it was making a very loud and annoying car motor sound. This means that you can't use it indoors. However, the voice recorder is fine outside where there is lots of people.
-I read the manual and it said that this watch could also have a pedometer function.
I know that DealExtreme didn't add this ( I'm not complaining), but it would be cooler if they did...

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: Overall, this watch is a very fun and useful gadget to play around with.

Pros: - Can do all of the claimed functions, with more or less good results.

- Cheap compared to how much you get.

- Works well for Mp3 when jogging or exercising. (With headphones, of course)

Cons: - When the battery runs out, not only the watch doesn't work for video, but it doesn't work for displaying the time either.

-Text function barely gives you a few words to read before you have to scroll down again.

- Video quality is crap.

- It's very big

Other Thoughts: It's one of those watches that aren't really useful for anything, you always have other devices to do the same. This watch can do everything with more or less good results, and if you like having everything in one device, go for it. It's worth it.

Bottomline: Buy it.

Pros: It does work, more or less. The Mp3, ebook and FM functions work pretty well. The built in speaker is fun at times.
If you just play songs one after another it's fine, but going to a different folder for another song is pretty tricky.

Cons: The menuselection is somewhat buggy, but you'll figure it out.
Video is pretty lousy on this model, the converter software hardly works. I couldn't get anything to convert.
Switching songs from different albums is a bit tricky.
It is big, too big for me, and I am not a person that usually cares about these things.

Other Thoughts: I happen to also own the other Mp4 watch here (the one available in black and orange) and that's a lot better. The devices use more or less the same "operating system" but differ a little in the way you navigate the settings etc.
Even though the screen is smaller and it lacks the speaker it just works better. The menu works better, the videoconverter actually works with all my Southpark-eps etc. This one uses .nxv video, the other one .smv. Unfortunately .smv doesn't work on this model.

Bottomline: All in all it it not as good as the other one DX sells. So unless you really need the speaker and the 0,3" extra screen, I suggest you get the other one, it's smaller, menus work "smarter" and the videoformat actually works!

Pros: Good bright and clear screen I found it easy to use out of the box conversion of films and pictures is fast and easy too

Cons: The only thing is the watch is a little to big for every day use but is great to have when visiting the mother inlaw with your wife

Other Thoughts: The picture shows a black watch with silver on one side when mine arrived it was silver with blue on one side so you may not get the colour in the picture

Bottomline: If you want a watch with MP4,MP3 Radio Picture and E-Book then buy this its great
