Pros: It's very inexpensive compared to buying one at the local store or whatever.
Cons: Didn't seem very accurate, although it caught probably about 95% of the steps, so it's close enough for most purposes I'm sure.
Other Thoughts: Having a pedometer is a cheap way to encourage you to walk more.
Bottomline: Studies have shown that wearing a pedometer actually makes you want to walk more just to see the higher numbers, so it could actually help you with your diet and exercise. Oh, and this one's cheap too. So buy it!

Pros: For this price, it's a great pedometer to help you get into shape. It's cheap for its purpose and you can just snap it on and start walking. I like that you can see the steps, the distance travelled in both kilometers and miles, as well as the kilojoules/calories burnt.
Cons: It's a bit cheaply built. Sometimes the count messes up. As well, it's really sensitive to movement. I left it on while I was on the computer and apparently that was around 700 steps. (You can't run with these since it's terribly inaccurate)
Other Thoughts: If you're really looking for an accurate pedometer, I'd recommend a Nike+
Bottomline: It's great to start walking and getting some exercise with for next to nothing!

Pros: Affordable Pedometer.
Useful for getting an idea of how much walking you do.
Helps monitor your daily exercise.
Looks pretty nice.
Cons: Not really suitable for runners.
Less accurate than some.
I have seen cheaper in discount stores.
Other Thoughts: This is one of the better cheap ones on the market, some this cheap count as far as 50% off actual number of steps, this seems under 10% out (from my experience). Not recommended if you need complete accuracy, but then none this cheap ever are, you need an expensive one for that.
Bottomline: Simple product, if you are looking for a cheap Pedometer then this is probably good enough. If you need a highly accurate one or one intended for running then you would probably need to buy one constructed for the purpose (at a much much higher price).
