Pros: I bought this case to fix a broken ds lite and I have to say that this is just an excellent piece of replacement case. The finish on it is great, all parts fit perfect inside, no need for any clipping or fiddling about. It looks almost like the original one, except for a slight different hue. You have to see them side by side to be able to tell the differnece. I have been using this case for more than a year and it holds up well, not a scratch on it. And for the price its unbeatable. Get it.
Cons: It is hard to install, but so are all ds lite cases.
Other Thoughts: Be careful when installing, take your time and use the internet. Find some videos or whatever.
Bottomline: Unbeatable for the price. Just get it.

Pros: -Cheaper than, or same priced as compared to local store prices
-Parts can be mixed and matched with original DS parts.
Cons: -Ink (?) printed on the buttons comes off easily.
-Some parts did not fit and had to be filed/scraped/chipped off
-Does not come in seperate parts
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: I bought this based on the amount of reviews on this case in order to replace my broken hinge, and I had no regrets, save one - I should have used the original DS buttons when I replaced the case, because the ink on the buttons have started coming off. Other than that, some of the parts did not fit and I had to file/scrape/chip off bits. I only needed to replace the bottom top housing and the hinge (the one with the power lights), and the extra parts are kinda wasted.

Pros: The only Pro of this replacement case is that is stunning. Believe me. Only experts can admit that this is not an original nintendo case. It's well built and resistant too.
Cons: Like the original one, once you remove the plastics, it will be covered by scratches. Be gentle when you're trying to change your case with this one. But it's not a "real" Con...
It's shipped without guides that explain how to change your case with this one, but it would be useless. Check the internet for Videos and PhotoGuides ;)
Other Thoughts: By far the cheapest and the most similar Full replacement case that i've ever seen. And then i loved DX's Free Shipping :)
Bottomline: Buy it if you need it!

Pros: This was nearly identical to original case and all buttons, screws and springs are included. But you will need to save hingepin from old case.
Cons: The case kit I received had 2 RH buttons, but the hinge on charging light side was missing. Luckily I was replacing same colour case and was able to use the original.
Other Thoughts: Allow up to a couple of hours to change this case. Check all the right bits are in the kit, especially if you're gonna change the colour. Also invest in the tri wing and a small crosshead screwdriver, both available on here. Bottomline: If you really, really have to change your case, then this is well worth considering as it fits together well and gives a good looking result.
