Pros: really small size, very good sensitivity, ease of use - all programs works with default settings

Cons: comes without wall outlet charger, so you have to charge it from usb or from car cigarette lighter socket.

Other Thoughts: i have read that other complains on flimsy switch, but i don't think that this is an issue. mine looks sturdy enough.

Bottomline: i have tested it with pc and pda (wm2003). both works good with different programs and without single problem.

Pros: Very useful product, does what it should!
Works well with the phones I have tested: Nokia E51 and the N82
Fast detection, and fast fix on satellites - faster than my inbuilt GPS on N82!
Should work with other symbian 60 phones.
Easy setup, just put in the pin "0000" and it will work!
Tried with Nokia Maps, Garmin Mobile XT - all working great which is why I wanted to get this.

Cons: The switch seems to be a little loose.... as with all the other reviews i've read. but it doesnt seem like its going to fall off so it should be ok!

Other Thoughts: It's very small. Small enough to fit in your pocket, very light as well!

Bottomline: I recommend getting one of these. For the price, its a great bargain! Cheaper than the nokia GPS receiver!

Cons: Sort of a con, but most products with USB connectivity are the same, although the port is a USB port, you can only charge it via USB. If you want a wired connection, then there's a gotcha. You need to either purchase the cable.

Other Thoughts: Replaced a compact flash GPS with this one for use with my PocketPC. Accuracy went up. The receiver is much more sensitive as I had to use an external antenna on the old one. I had this one sitting in the cup hold in the car and it worked without a problem.
The USB connector also "features" serial I/O. Like many other devices you need a "special" USB cable to communicate via the USB port.
They all expose a serial comm at the connector, then use a serial->usb chip inside the cable to communicate.
If you're looking at using this as part of a hobby project and don't want to bother with bluetooth, then just tap out the serial connector via the USB pins on the gps and viola, instant gps data!

Bottomline: Great price, even better accuracy.

I highly recommend this GPS receiver.

Pros: I have a Nokia N81 8GB ( Symbian S60 v3) and I was afraid it would not work with Garmin Mobile XT for Symbian. But after reading some reviews on internet, and finally, when I configured it myself, it had no problems at all. It works flawlessly. Worth to mention I use a set of local maps that are created by a group that provides them for free, and do not require to unlock them. Didn't try Garmin propietary maps yet.
-Works with Google Maps and Garmin Mobile XT. Still have not tested it with embedded Nokia Maps.
I placed it over the dashboard and attached to the upper side of the windshield, using some velcro stickers and the reception is perfect.
Another pro is its Size, very small and lightweight. Thought it would be more bulky.

Cons: Just a little "scary moment" when I was not able to pair it with the phone, since it was asking to provide the passkey ('0000') until I found it on the manual.
So far I have not seen any immediate or outstanding cons. It's more than I expected.

Other Thoughts: I really recommend it to be used to any bluetooth device that can work with GPS maps.
I'm about to test it as well with Garmin Mobile PC / Garmin nRoute, both on my Notebook, to see how it performs.

Bottomline: A great gadget that has proven to be very effective and very well cost / benefit ratio, not only for personal experience, but from other reviews on GPS forums on the internet that they suggested to buy this gadget ON DEALEXTREME particularly, because of the price and free-shipping.
