Pros: I bought this as a present for a friend. She was so thrilled by it that she asked me to order more. So I did, and 2 for myself.She and I will have great fun exchanging messages that are barely visible to the naked eye. They're almost secret.They came with packaging which contains instructions, so that was helpful.
Cons: Depending on the type of paper/surface written on, the message is visible to the naked eye. However, it is expecting too much for the messages to be totally invisible.

Bottomline: Great product, that I would recommend to friends, you and old alike. While the novelty might wear off after a while, it's great fun while it lasts.
Pros: Cool pen for the kids to play with. Cheap. Easy to use. Simple. What else can I say other than it works as expected!!???
Cons: The LED light is not very bright, but it serves its purpose. You may have to get somewhat close to what you write to see it all.
Other Thoughts: Beware the UV light. It can cause eye damage if its shined in the eye for too long. Explain to your kids not to shine it in their eyes.
Bottomline: Great product for older kids. I wouldn't give it to any children under 3............................

Pros: As an invisible ink pen it works ok. The ink does not last long - however this is so cheap that you can buy several.It is easy to open the tip and modify the pen - for example I put in an infrared led so that I could use it with the Wiimote for an making an electronic whiteboard.
Cons: None I can think of (except maybe the colour, pink).
Other Thoughts: This is very good if you want to make a light IR Led pen that is easy to keep in your hands.
Bottomline: Very cheap, affordable, easy to modify. I got many of these.
