* To install your own GPS software or any other programs: the Naviagtion icon in main menu excutes /sdmmc/navigator/navigator.exe or /flash/navigator/navigator.exe or similar. So you can replace the executable with yours. Eg. replace it with explorer.exe will bring you WinCE (4.2/5.0) desktop.

Read this before you install custom software: Neither DX nor the manufacturer officially support any mapping software not included with the unit. Technical knowledge may be required if you intend to purchase this GPS to install your own software.

* 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: This product is covered by an 1-year warranty from its original manufacturer. Should the phone become defective within the manufacturer's warranty period, customers may send the unit back to DX's Hong Kong office. DX will help forwarding the unit to its manufacturer for repair or replacement, and will look after the progress. The customer will need to cover shipping fees both ways.
