Pros: digital cam, mp3, nintendo games, video player, sd slot...can play nintendo while waiting for people, video screen is realy nice to see films
Cons: poor camera cualityonly 2 gb slot cardplastic looks like can be broken easilycant use the internam memory and the sd slot aat the same time
Other Thoughts: some games dont wort perfect, but you can delete it with file manamegent
Bottomline: its the ultimate mp3 player, have all you can use in one product, poor camera, but can you spect it for this price
Pros: - Many many functions- Plays games!- Reads e-books- Voice recording- MP3- Camera function- Sleek appearance (but I knew that already!)
Cons: - Horrible "English-language" manual that makes zero sense.- ***NO*** FM radio.- Finicky about video formats. - Buttons do not inspire confidence, alas. - Yucky camera quality.
Other Thoughts: Alright value for the money. Although I really wish the FM function -- as advertised -- came with the set.
Bottomline: Get it if you don't want too many gadgets sitting around. But don't expect it to replace your digital camera, that's for sure.
Pros: -clear picture-decent sized screen-shiney-good battery life. fast recharging-English-Chinese dictionary
Cons: -no time-no fm radio like advertised-bad music sorting... no artist/song/album... just one line-limit settings-cannot edit names with handheld-slow uploading, not like iPod-too lightly weighted-headphone jack only works well with heaphones... not well with speakers, fm transmitters... don't know why.
Other Thoughts: Not great, not bad, average. Feels kind of cheap, looks a bit expensive. It'll do for the price.
Bottomline: If I could choose an mp4 over again, I'd gamble with a different one =D.
Pros: Pocket size 2.8" Screen Good quality video Good quality audio Audio/Video stays in sync Loud internal speaker Video output
Cons: Emulation slow Poor camera Controls can be awkward Backlight sometimes flickers* Cannot sort files by folder Cannot bookmark videos *Mod Edit: Please contact us by the Ticket system about the backlight, if you want you can get a replacement
Other Thoughts: Unit dimensions (with screen closed) 4 5/8" (120mm)L 2 1/2" (63mm)H 3/4" (21mm)D The software on the included CD did not work. Using the Super encoder, I was able to easily convert to the .MP4 format this player uses. Encoding at 320x240, 15FPS at ~1000kbps produces good video with relatively few artifacts from an animated source. The NES playback is too slow to be useable. I have tried playing several games, and although there has been no problem with compatibility, they are all too sluggish to be considered playable. Not being able to bookmark your location in video files limits the device’s usefulness for watching longer movies.
Bottomline: I wanted a pocket-sized PMP, and the added features of game emulation and a digital camera made me choose this unit over several other less expensive players on this site. As it turns out, both of these features are of little value; I would have puchased a different model had I known that. I am happy with it as a basic PMP however, and will continue to use it as such.
