Other Thoughts: I have hearing aids which interface to other devices via Bluetooth (Oticon Epoq). The missing link was regular telephone - this one-of-a-kind device fills the gap nicely! I've used mine for about a month now.

You will need to read the instructions. The top plate lifts off to reveal extra control to match it with your phone. Pairing to Bluetooth device is dead-simple: just hold down the button for about ten seconds; it will fast-flash a blue light. Do whatever your headset wants for pairing (usually hold down a button). When the Jabra is paired it will light blue, then go back to green.

To use it you simply press the button (or the answer button on your headset). My hearing aid things wait 3 seconds, then beep to tell me it has changed to BT mode, but other headsets may react differently. At this point you are connected - you then lift handset or press whatever button your landline phone wants, dial via the landline phone's keypad, and just talk. When the call is over, press the Jabra's button again (or the answer/end button on your BT headset). The LED will remain green throughout this whole process.

The device is about 6.25" wide, 1.75" deep, 1.25" tall.

Bottomline: Excellent device. I'm getting another for work!

Pros: This unit can work with most bluetooth headsets. i have a plantronics 350. You do not have touse a Jabra, in case you have a headset that you really love.Jabra headsets will work with two phone though landline and cell phone. If you do not use a jabra, then you will have to have to bluetooth headsets. Deal extreme has the best price. I am going to order 10 more today.

Cons: Have to purchase power adapter. Radioshack part 2731406 us adaptor $9.99. Foreign travel adaptor. Even though you have to purchase adaptor, the cost is worth it.

Other Thoughts: Spent a lot of time researching this. I thought i would share the knowledge.

Bottomline: Great cost effective product.
