This battery are the ideal battery for flashlight BRYNE . There are more flashlights out there that take this battery, but I do not know what they are. They are basically Li-ion rechargeable battery in 3.6V and AAA shape. AA version can be found here.

Pros: good price/quality rating
if you have an item that supports 10440 you should try it.
voltage after charging is about 4..18 volt.
pretty good really

Cons: capacity is not 500maH but less
i got a running time of about 40 minutes it should be 50 minutes but i cant complain
it was only the first charge so it should get better

Other Thoughts: protected ones one be better less chance of burning the house down so if you buy these battery's dont leave them on charge and go out just in case
Still great for this price its a steal

Bottomline: buy them if you have a device that supports 10440's these battery's will do the job just great
But it !

Pros: Suitable for any application you can set it to! I have been using a pair in my DIY blu-ray laser for over 2 months and still havn't charged them. The voltage is still above 2.75v which is as low as you would want to take these cells. Their voltage currently reads 3.85v. I will charge them soon for safety. They work superb in flashlights, lasers, Easily power my rc heli making the pack lighter, and it lasts longer than the stanard pack!

Cons: No cons at all.

Other Thoughts: I will be buying a few more sets of these.

Bottomline: Great value for a rare, expertise product.

Pros: The Ultra Fire 10440 3.6V 500mAh 2Pack is great for my Gilder, I use 2 battery and a BEC, as the size is small and light it is perfect for a 2-3 ft small slope and HLG glider.
I may try using just one cell to lower the weight

Cons: Capacity is lower than the stated, normally they are over rated by 30%.

Other Thoughts: Please make sure the charger can handle size 10440, I am using the following charger
http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4151

Bottomline: Will purchase more of the battery after some test flight if I can get some greate flight time out of them.
