Pros: - CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP - Work great on PSP, Camera. - Test to work with Sandisk 8GB MicroSD HC, Kingston 4GB MicroSD HC, Sandisk 2GB MicroSD, 1GB and 512MB also work just fine. - Build quality is just as good you can get.
Cons: NOTHING...yep nothing at all.
Other Thoughts: - Card does not come in seal packaging, so don't complain. also there's no such thing as genuine, this is a third party adaptor.
Bottomline: If you like sony product, you better get this adaptor because sony memory card is damn expensive.

Pros: -Great price for this adaptor -New lower price -Fits well into the psp. No problems at all
Cons: -There seems to be a 1 second lag loading to XMB. However it doesn't affect game play. -Doesn't include plastic case (The first batch included a plastic case)
Other Thoughts: -Received the Kingston brand -Haven't tested with SDHC cards yet (don't have any SDHC cards)
Bottomline: This is a great alternative to $ony’s MS pro duo. Must have if you have any spare MicroSD cards and would like to use them for more devices.

Pros: For a cheap high-capacity duo card for the PSP, this adapter and an 8gb micro SDHC card seem to work well.
Cons: The card is ever-so-slightly thicker than a normal Pro Duo card. I had to work with it the first couple of times I inserted it and removed it from my PSP slim. This is only a very minor inconvenience and may actually keep you from accidentally dropping the card upon removal.
Other Thoughts: The card seems to be quite fast. For those wanting it for video storage, (Mine is for holding video for Trans-Pacific flights) this device seems to work quite well.
Bottomline: For the price, this item is a very good buy for any PSP owner.

Pros: -Best price on the net. -Excellent customer service when needed.
Cons: -Not compatible (Kingston) with all devices.
Other Thoughts: My first one was a Kingston and my PSP did not recognize it. Only 2 out of my 3 card readers recognized the first unit. I was sent a replacement one that the PSP did recognize. However, only the same 2 out of 3 readers recognized it.
Bottomline: This is the second time I had to return something to DX. Their customer service is excellent both times. Since I was sent 2 Kingstons, I have to wonder if the entire Kingston line is reliable or not.

Pros: This works! It didn't read my 2gb Kingmax card at first though, so I had to format it (I took it right out from my DS). After formatting with the PSP, it worked like a charm. So far, tried FF:CC and the videos loaded smoothly, no complaints here yet. And of course, DX = cheap goods everyday. Adapters like these probably will run you for double the price in other places (like e-b-a-y).
Cons: Speeds are not going to be as good as running a microSD standalone, but this is as good as it gets. The adapter will slow the speeds down, but not by a lot. The copper(?) contacts scratches up pretty easily even after a few inserts and removals (so just keep it in the PSP unless you really need to remove it). Hopefully this won't be an issue down the road.
Other Thoughts: I got the Kingston brand. I did a blackspeed test on this setup (2gb Kingmax), and I get ~9MiB/s read and ~6.8MiB/s write. The PI was 392. When I did a blackspeed on my Sony MSPD 1gb (genuine) were slightly faster, with 10.7MiB/s read and 10.2MiB/s write (PI = 305). But I'll repeat, I noticed no problems when I'm gaming so far. I'll also post a blackspeed of my Sandisk 8gb microSD once I get my hands on it (waiting on DX :)). I can also use this on my Sony Ericsson phone. And of course, the microSD itself can be used in a load of other places...
Bottomline: SDs are a much more widespread format than MSPD. And plus it's a lot cheaper, and higher capacity SDs will always come out ahead of MSPD. So why waste money on the same thing? Just pay $6 for this and make use of a better memory format!

Pros: There are clearly two types of the kingstom duo adaptors, seems the second batch that came in after the first lot all sold out are now a little slower in transfer speeds when tested side by side with the previous ones, using the same sandisk memory cards inserted. Previous ones (first batch) had the MicroSD hole to one side of the adaptor, these ARE the GOOD ones, the second batch has the MicroSD hole in the Center. these though still work in a psp, can be used for everything that the previous ones could, are in fact slower. Good ones with hole on side 7mbs read and write in PSP, 11mbs read and write in card reader, Other ones with hole in middle only get 4mbs write, and 6mbs read in psp, and 7mbs write in a card reader with a 9mbs read speed. Dissappointing that a newer cheaper built one was made after the first batch, both types have the exact writing and codes on, just one has the hole on one side the others are in the middle
Cons: New batch with hole in middle are slower than older batch with hole at side.
Other Thoughts: Shame on either DX or Kingston, why change a good thing??
Bottomline: still ok for use in psp, still a cheaper option than a real duo, still works for use as a magic memory stick for pandora purposes. Just slower

Cons: -Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
Bottomline: This card worth every penny, i'm glad I have two, one for my girlfriend and one for myself. My girl friend still haven't test it on her sony T2 camera yet, I test mine on the psp. It work great. If you have several sony product, you better get at least one of this while it last.

Pros: Works with all microSD's tested, sandisk 2,4 gb class 2, 4&8gb class 4, also all tested in PSP and the psp formats them fine, benchmark speeds are almost double that of true duo cards,7mbs read and write in psp or 11mbs in a card reader. (psp 4.01 firmware used) I have not tried any other make, but can confirm the kingston ones are truly amazing! I now have 6 of them all with 8gb sandisk class 4's in for my psp, and my sons.
Other Thoughts: keep the kingston ones!

Pros: It seems to function as advertised, and really is convenient toward increasing the efficiency of devices using Memory Stick Pro Duo memory modules.
Cons: The build is quite cheap, it's not a real Kingston device, and the thing really does not fit into my PSPs MS slot. That is to say that I need a set of alligator clips near by to pry it out every time it goes too deep.
Bottomline: You get what you pay for I guess. In this case there are define pros and cons as the device does work, but the build quality is rather poor so buy at your own risk.

Pros: It's cheap, works as it's supposed to. I got the Kingston one and it works great with my 4GB Micro-SDHC card. Holds more music so I don't have to change cards on my PSP.
Cons: Looks like cheaper quality, but for the price, I can't complain. Packaging was a little scary when I first opened it, it was only wrapped in a plastic bag.
Other Thoughts: Get it if you need more memory and can't afford to purchase multiple DUO cards. This will save you some $$ because micro-SDHC cards are cheaper and somewhere, it's on sale for under $20 for 4GB.
Bottomline: Bottomline, it's one of the better products someone's designed unintentionally for the PSP. Get it, it works!

Pros: - Cheap of course! That's why DX is here in the first place ;-) - Supports microSDHC! My 8gb card works PERFECTLY with this adapter! Formats successfully in my PSP and I can even use the Time Machine (IPL installation) with this adapter!! - My SanDisk 8gb card writes at 10MB/S and reads at 20MB/s, however with the adapter the write speed goes down to 5.3MB/s and the read speed to 13MB/s but I'm VERY satisfied with the results in my PSP! - I received the EagleTec brand.
Cons: No MagicGate support but that shouldn't be a problem since you are using a microSD card.
Bottomline: Getting adapters is the best way to make full use of all those microSD/microSDHC cards lying about ;-)

Cons: -- Wish there wasnt a random choice of 3 brands, let us choose which to buy! -- does not support magicgate.. but who needs that anyway.. :P
Other Thoughts: -- i have got an eagletec brand product :) All fields aded together, your review does not contain more than 500 characters.
Bottomline: get it for your sony: digital cameras, digital audio players, PDAs, and other portable devices. it is much cheaper than a memory stick pro duo :)

Pros: Works with Sandisk 8gb class 4. Faster compare to using M2 8gb with adapter. Faster than regular Sandisk Pro duo or Sony 4Gb. Cheap alternative for PSP.
Cons: Slower than Geniune Sony 4GB Mark2. Can't use with HDR-TG1. (it keeps on coming up "video might not record correctly") It does work, but error message keeps on coming up
Bottomline: I compare with many combination on PSP/HDR-TG1/UX280 and only HDR-TG1 have error. With some sandisk 8GB MicroSDHC selling for $40, it's cheaper than most 8GB combination. it writes almost as fast as Mark2, sligthly faster than regular Pro Duo (both sony/sandisk) and much faster than M2 with adapter.

Pros: Cheap (stop bitching because its priced high, you cant find these cheaper, especially branded) Works with sdhc (yes even the kingston) faster than the generic no name one i got with my sd card
Cons: Wish there wasnt a random choice of 3 brands, let us choose which to buy!
Bottomline: Top quality (i bought sd cards with adapters and 3 out of 9 were broken, so i bought these are replacements) sd card fits fine, no jiggling to get them in and break pins (as happened to me above) Kingston brand using a class 6 microsd card came in at approx 6mb a sec connected to PC via psp usb, internally using blackspeed2 it got arppox 8.5mb a sec

Pros: -Received original Eagletec brand, and now there are reports of other brands as well -I have tried with a 4gb Apacer microsd card and it works fine, so it really is SDHC compatible
Cons: none, except now i see Dx have bought a new cheap range of 4 & 8gb ms pro duo cards!
Other Thoughts: read and write is respectable, with 4gb microsd card i get about 4mb/s transfer with pc card reader, i suppose it depends on crad size and/or brand, have tested FF7CC intro scene(train) high speed scenes show no choppy action all smooth
Bottomline: definitely cheaper than getting the original from s**y! get it right now!

Pros: Receive the EagleTec brand of the adaptor. Tried the adaptor with a Kingston 2gb microSD and a 8gb Scandisk microSD. Played games and converted movies on the PSP without any lag. Was able to format stick in the PSP without any problem.
Cons: The packaging could have been better, it would be good if the item comes in a hard casing instead of a small zip lock bag. No other cons so far besides packaging.
Other Thoughts: Hope that the cost of the item could be reduced.
Bottomline: Besides the price, the item works perfectly. It is a good option for people who need to use MSDuo memory card.

Pros: Good Cheap Solution for Converting those CHEAP Micro SDHC Cards to expensive Memory Stick for usage on PSP / $ony Products. Works & Confirm Working on PSP Slim / Phat . No lags or whatsever. Support micro sd 8GB as well , i wonder can it support even more ? Perhaps 32GB ?
Cons: Transfer speed depends mainly on yr Micro SDHC . If its normal speed , its gonna take quite some time to transfer as compare to a geninue $ony memory stick.
Bottomline: Durable & Useful Product for those PSP Gamers . U wouldnt need to spent extra on memory stick if u happen to have a spare micro sd around.

Pros: Can adapt microsdhc cards. No lag during games.
Cons: Takes some work to get the memory card to show up. Slow transfer, load times.
Other Thoughts: SDHC cards can't be formatted in the PSP. For whatever reason, I had to use the following steps to get my card to show: 1) Format the microsdhc with adapter in your PSP. It'll fail. 2) Take the microsdhc out and connect it to a card reader in your PC. 3) When you try to access the card, you'll be told that it's unformatted. It'll ask you to try to format the card. 4) Format the card fat32 with default settings - EXCEPT check on quick format. This seems to be important - because a complete format didn't work for me. 5) Copy the entire contents of a formatted memory stick pro duo. ESPECIALLY with the 2 hidden system files. Besides the folders and these two files, the memory stick should be empty. 6) Turn on the PSP and replace the microsdhc + adapter. The PSP SHOULD recognize the card right away. 7) Add your content to the microsdhc either with the PSP or card reader. Either way, the PSP should recognize the card from now on. This procedure worked with both my Adata and Sandisk cards, which failed to be read. For some reason, a regular fat32 format refused to work until I followed the exact steps above.
Bottomline: Overall this is a great product. Ignoring cost, microsdhc cards are a lot more standard than ms pro duo. There's a better chance that you can buy a microsd card for a Sony product, and still have a use for it with another device later.
