Pros: -Great overall, compact flashlight -can use AA batteries, easy to replace -small size -very, very bright for a flashlight this price -comes with holster
Cons: Only con I've experienced is the cap you unscrew to put the battery seems to have poor contact once you unscrew it a couple of times. When it happened to me, the flashlight wouldn't work, but removing the cap and puotting it back 2 or 3 times solved the problem.
Other Thoughts: excellent overall for this price, can't get any better. Using it to ligthen up dark rooms on my job at night, lights up the whole place in no time!

Pros: Build quality is HIGHT. Compared to known brands it looks and feels the best. The version i got has red o rings and a tailcap which can stand. Output on Nimh or 14500 is the same. Holster is a perfect fit, quality at the moment seems to be very good. Switch is very easy to use.
Cons: If you bet in the eyes it takes several seconds to return to normal visual.... But if you wanted to self-defense is not a cons.
Other Thoughts: I have had people offer me four times the price for the little lamp. Using a single AA battery makes it easy to keep in the pocket, or on your belt with the included holster.
Bottomline: If you are looking for a little light with a lot of power for a small price, buy this one

Pros: Very very bight light, the holders is a big plus: it will protect your flashlight. If you go into the wood at night, it is perfect, the light is bright and powerful. I use battery 14500 (the blue one) with it.
Cons: After a lot of usage (more than 5min) it get hot, the click at the back might not work for a lifetime, my last one broke, but i have 5 of these total.
Other Thoughts: Like the size of it, very light and powerful.
Bottomline: My last one broke, the button at the back was not working after a year, but for the price, what do you expect.

Pros: Good flashlight, never seen other flashlight this size that beats this one; Really cheap; In dispite of its size (yes, its small), it is bright! Super bright! Using 14500 batteries is brighter (much more) than AA; Holster is a plus;
Cons: Gets really HOT in use; Mine stopped working; After a month or less clicky fails and switches OFF by itself
Other Thoughts: For the price, its worth. Better yet, its a bargain!
Bottomline: Did i mentioned its really cheap... Well, it is! Buy 2 or maybe 3, and be happy! =)

Pros: This is a great flashlight. Excellent quality. It will lighten a complete room for near two hours with a standard battery. Includes a plastic cover that will help you if you drop the flashlight by accident. Excellent for going outdoor.
Cons: I can't think on any bad thing, just that it's not possible to open or close the scope of the flashlight (how much does it lighten).
Bottomline: Excellent flashlight, if you are looking for a simple flashlight for that bad moments where power go off then you should buy this product.

Pros: - Small - Bright - Cheap - Comes with a holster - Versatile, can use AA or 14500 - 1:15 run time with sku:26124 - 1 mode (it's a plus for me)
Cons: - Gets a bit hot when using 14500 - Soldering wasn't very good, so I re-soldered the contacts, now works great (last one I ordered had much better soldering, no need for fixing)
Other Thoughts: Before good LED lights were available I used to always carry a Mini-Maglite AA, it's light was dim and bulbs kept dying on me, but I didn't know any better. Now, I carry this one, it's smaller, lighter, cheaper and much, much brighter.
Bottomline: There are many brighter flashlights, but most of them are too big and bulky, I use them but for specific purposes. This one is my favourite for everyday carry, being small and light, but still very bright.

Pros: Got this one for a friend who (believe it or not) never heard of DX! She saw my flashlight, and immediately wanted one. This light works as well as the one I bought over a year ago. I use 14500 cell in mine, but she's using a NiMh AA cell in hers. Still amazingly bright, and with a 2000mah Eneloop - a perfectly satisfactory run time. After checking our the light - she bookmarked DX on her computer, and will definitely order from you again. Quality: A+! Price: A+ Ship Speed: A+ (and free!) Deal with DX again? DEFINITELY!
Cons: Nothing at all! The first light worked, and still works fine. I'm sure this one will do the same.
Other Thoughts: Great light at a fantastic price!
Bottomline: Got you another customer, DX!

Pros: Cheap and bright. Use only one AA element, good with Ni-MH and regular alkaline.
Cons: Contact between parts are really bad. After one week of use, it started to turn off because of this. And it's realy annoying.
Other Thoughts: I have soldered a thin flat cable between LED and switcher, so now it's OK. So everybody who have poor contact in the case, could do the same. Other method, is remove paint from screw parts, I guess, but I didn't tried it.
Bottomline: Same problem with poor contact persist on other ultrafire flashlights (I bought few diffirent models), so be careful. Choose model without paint on screw part.

Pros: Wow! This little fellow is really something! I was amazed then i opened the packege: it's _very_ small, slim and lightweight. Very effective! Perfect for geocaching, my previous flashlight is nothing compared to this!
Cons: The only con that I have noticed is the holster: it could have some kind of flap os system that would hold the flashlight on its place. Otherwise no cons!
Bottomline: If you need a small, slim flashlight that is effective, I strongly recommend this one. So far, it's been one of my best buys at DealExtreme. Will definitely buy more of these.

Pros: VERY BRIGHT! This thing rocks. 1xAA is bright, I added on 2 extension tubes to have 3xAA and it is very noticeable the difference, just no holster then. Gets a little warm, but not hot. With 3xAA it can really throw a beam out.
Cons: Was some flicker. There was some metal filings on end threads, cleaned off and no problems since.
Other Thoughts: Great gift! Even with 1xAA very nice light. Just ordered a second light with 2xSKU26124 14500 batteries and 1xSKU1251 charger, should be small and bright then.
Bottomline: Better than 45$+ lights locally. Cant go wrong for 10$

Pros: it is a small flashlight with a strong light beam. good battery life - i have it over 6 months and replace the battery 2 weeks ago. lightweight and easy to carry. The light beam is very strong - i use it when i need to light my house pathway, looking under my car, basement, power failure and more.
Cons: The container case that it comes with which made from good materials but after a while its not holding the flashlight well.
Other Thoughts: maybe to add some Scotch or zipper or other solution
Bottomline: This is the second time i order this product. My wife took the first one. she carry it in her bag as it is small, easy to use and bring much light. buy it and you won't be disappointed.

Pros: Working as a fireman, this little fella comes real handy as our personal Handheld light when we're doing our fire investigations. no more holding on to bulky big flashlights for light source or setting up search lights for unit fires or doing rescues. Requires only 1xAA instead of 4 which is required for our force-issued normal flashlight. Cost effective and eco friendly on battery and power consumption without compromising its high performance. Gives out Pure White Light instead of yellowish. Another Definate Plus point, Its splash-proof and comes with O-rings to make it water tight. Being LED, hope its operation lifespan last longer than the normal torchlight. Holster comes with a D-ring which can be secured to the belt. also comes with a slot at the back to insert through the belt.
Cons: Theres no Cons for the Awesome Flashlight itself but the holster can be improved by adding a flap to cover its opening to prevent the flashlight from dropping out from the holster.
Other Thoughts: maybe you guys can come up with rubber-like shock-proof and water-tight casing versions. Be fantastic.
Bottomline: Definately a a great steal for its price and performance compared to other flashlights of its class.

Pros: great light, Very bright light, well made for it's size. I leave this light in my car and it has helped me many times. You cannot beat the brightness for the size. It can take either style battery which I think is a plus!
Cons: I cannot think of one for the price I paid for this light.
Other Thoughts: I think the output is closer to 150 lumens
Bottomline: With the price with the quality and output this little light puts out. I would buy again and if you are looking for a compact light, do not look any further and get this one. You will be happy you did!

Pros: Nice finish, allowing to manipulate safely. Pouch has belt strap to use to hold flashlite secure in your waist, with elastic fitting. Simple operation, and useful strap to handle and hold it in your wrist. It has o-rings that may prevent liquid from entering flashlight if dropped in water.
Cons: First attempt to use it was a failure, due to false contact of battery. As I do not have 14400 battery, I have tested it with another rechargeable 1.5 volt battery, and had to rotate contacts in order to make it work.
Other Thoughts: False contact persist, and I´m unable to determine cause, as ther are no moving parts other than screwing trhee pieces (discarding clickie button that operates OK)
Bottomline: Light power, even with 1.5 volt battery is really bright

Pros: Using this light weapon mounted. For my use single mode was good choice. Very bright light, well made, and does't add alot of weight. The beam is tight with not too much spill. I like a light that throws a bright, tight beam. This one is goog.
Cons: could not find a bad point ... single defect but I believe there is one drawback is that it heats up ... and ends when the battery once it goes ... type that she is getting weak ... simply erases ...
Bottomline: I will buy more of these in the future. Can't believe that a LED can be so bright.

Pros: Cheap and works perfectly. Pretty bright for a 1AA light. Brighter than my Jetbeam C-LE v1.2 on high. Good run-time ~ 1h 40min with an Eneloop 2000mAh battery. Build quality seems good on mine. Anodising is perfect, thread is greased and turns smoothly. Tailstand perfectly and comes with a holster.
Cons: Can't think of one for the price I paid for this light.
Other Thoughts: It would be great if they have it with just 2 stage, a hi/low mode. No blinking issues on mine.
Bottomline: An excellent light to give to friends as gift.

Pros: *If I had written this 2 days ago I would have said "not so great little light." But, after taking it apart and using contact cleaner on all contact areas and cleaning up some of the soldering, it now works flawlessly. I have only used 14500 batteries and it is very bright for the size. The carry case is nice because I leave this unit in the truck. Overall fit and finish is good once you get the bugs out.
Cons: Switch was undependable and light sometimes would not turn on, or would turn off during use. Soldering was poor. All is fixed. I have doubts on how long the switch will last, but I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Other Thoughts: I estimate the lumen output to be about 150.
Bottomline: Great little light for the price, especially if you're already set up with the 14500 batteries.

Pros: -Use 1 AA battery. Isn't really a pros to be mentioned since it's already written in the item description.
-can use extension tube for 2AA configuration.
-Quite cheap (see my cons on this one).
-sleek look.
Cons: -really poor internal soldering. A 10 years can do better.
-lights flickers once in a while. Some times gets really dim.
-voltage regulated, not current regulated. This is not mentioned properly in the product description. Light does not maintain constant brightness over use. Brightness drops gradually.
-poor contact in the torch light. As a result the head have to be tightened to the max which causes the solder inside to be flattened. Have to resolder the contact area at the head unit. Out of 3 units i ordered, 2 units have to be resoldered. The other one could not light up at all.
-no o-ring at the glass lense, thus it is not water tight. The glass lense is just "drop-in" type.
Other Thoughts: Have to order some o-rings to put at the glass lense. The light gets quite warm after about 15 minutes of continuous use. Im worried the component inside the pill might fail if it gets warmer due to the poor inner soldering.
Bottomline: Not suitable if you are going to use this light for work. Might be superb if using it as a decoration... The sleek look might impress a few people.
My piece of advice; spend a few bucks more to get a better light. There are a lot better ones here in DX. Better still, invest in a Fenix, it's worth every penny.

Pros: - The casing the flashlight is very solid and durable.
- The LED is pretty bright white when turn on.
Cons: - My kid accidentally drop the flashlight on the floor and the contact become very unstable.
- Unable to turn on the flashlight.
- By the aid of the C-clip plier, upon loosing the contact plate and perform some re-adjustment on the contact mechanism, the flashlight able to work again.
Other Thoughts: - If the casing can come in other color, example light blue or orange color, would be quite noticable when attach to bag.
Bottomline: - Pricing is reasonable.
- Try not drop the flashlight.

Pros: Amazing quality flashlight which makes it a good priced item in my opinion. Very bright with both AA and rechargeable 14500 batteries. Perfect size to carry in your pocket. Holster is also good quality. I bought it with the intent to save money and not waste it on cr123 batteries on my other flashlights. So far it does that and more.
Cons: Can get hot after it's on for a while. Not very hot but definitely noticeable. Other than that, I can't think of anything.
Other Thoughts: Works great with rechargeable 14500 batteries. Will save you money if you buy them together.
Bottomline: If you are looking for a compact flashlight, this is it!

- the on/off switch is very solidly built
Cons: not much... maybe the graping point was not detail enough
- the lens rattles when trying to assemble the battery
Other Thoughts: very bright, and i was happy for the money
i would strongly hope they have similar built in 2xAA version (keeping the same look without the ugly extension tubes)
Bottomline: strongly consider to buy an extra one in the near future

Pros: By far the best built quality of flashlight i have ever owned
I don't know how the bulb works, but its VERY bright, hurts the eyes if you shine it against a white wall.
the distance it can reach would be 15-20metres, with a VERY large light angle.
Cons: pricy for DX, but the build quality makes it worth it
The delivery time took 4 months.
Ordered in November, got it in March. Not sure why...
Other Thoughts: It does flicker but you don't notice it. Its caused by the on button, when the light is on and if anything bumps into it, it will open circuit for 5ms.
Bottomline: Best buy. Now that i know the quality and how awesome it works, next time, i might get 2 at a time.
Currently using a 2100mAh rechargeable battery. awesome

Pros: + Small in size, fits to pocket easily
+ Robust, metal casing
+ Has rubber O-rings for water seals
+ Takes in one regular AA battery
+ Good light flow (cree)
+ Solid wide beam, no scatter
+ Better than my 2 AA light
+ Bargain price
+ Comes with a holster
Cons: - Ordered two and the other had bad connection, fixed by reassembly
Other Thoughts: When comparing it to my other DX light, purchased two years ago, with freash batteries this one has actually more light power and better illumination. The other runs with two AA's and this with one, so it's likely not to last as long but it is way smaller. That is a big plus for me, since I need the light only once in a while.
Bottomline: For this price, excellent deal. The pros outweight the cons easily. Order more while they are there.

Pros: *Superbright
*Small/Tiny flashlight
*Holster/case included
*Strap included
*Driven by one AAA battery
Cons: A bit expensive.
Only con I can think of. But on the other hand you get a pretty bright small flashlight for the price.
Other Thoughts: I was suprised how bright and small this flashlight was.
I'm wondering how long will the battery last, and how bright it will be after a while of use.
I've seen and read alot about these Cree flashlights. I also saw so many review and how popular this item seems to be on DealExtreme so I thought I buy this cheap one thats driven by only a single AA battery, to test it out myself.
Im really suprised how superbright the light it gives, and the size was much smaller than I thought. Its really not much bigger than the AA battery.
Its like 2AA battery on the lenght and then just a sturdy good quality metal case around it.
Only con I can think of. Its a bit expensive, or else I would have bought more probably. But on the other hand, you get a pretty bright and small flashlight for the price.
Not very good for allround use when you want the battery to last long time, in case of emergency with no power etc. Better buy "9 LED Flashlight 20000mcd 2-pack" SKU 1255 from Dealextrem in that case.
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/9-led-flashlight-20000mcd-2-pack-1255
Bottomline: Superbright small flashlight, with free strap and holster.

Pros: Nice size, single battery(Li-ion is best), very bright. Love these UltraFire brand, glass lens, aluminum reflector, excellent build quality and it comes with a holster! I use 14500 in the light and I have not had any issues at all.
Cons: I could not find any
Other Thoughts: I keep it in my car, so far I have been very pleased with its use.
Bottomline: You will not beat the price with the quality and output this little light puts out. I would buy again and if you are looking for a compact light, do not look any further and get this one. You will be happy you did!

Pros: Handy little light. Great luminosity for it's size. Easy to use and easy to change battery. The clicky in all three I ordered had a nice feel and worked fine.
Cons: The first one I bought had a tendency to flicker and go out sometimes. A tap against something would bring it back to life. Lasted about 18 months before it died a violent death.
Still, it was so small and so bright I bought two more.
Other Thoughts: I wish DX would rate flashlights by the same standard so you can compare the light output between them.
Lux or Lumen...how do you compare between two lights when one is rated by Lux, and one rated by Lumen's?
Bottomline: Great little light. Awesome light if you factor in the price. I ordered two of these in December of 2010. Took almost a month to get them, but they did come with the holsters.

Pros: very bright even on just a regular AA battery. not sure ho much brighter it gets on a battery that these other reviewers are recommending.
Cons: nothing I can think of for this flash light. Haven't used it long so I don't know how long a 2200Mah battery will last me.
Other Thoughts: OMG took almost 3 months to get here.. lol, if you're given the choice to pay a few more bucks for the 1 week shipping... do it! haha
Bottomline: it's a great buy for 10 bucks. avoid the free shipping, takes too long.

Pros: Very compact, good bright (190 lumens in datasheet), efficient cree LED and excellent build quality.
Cons: There is no O-ring on the lens, therefore isn't waterproof, but does where it screw. Works well with AA batteries but only get the maximum brightness with 14500 li-ion batteries (AA batteries cannot supply current needed).
Other Thoughts: Not so cheap as similar products but worth the price. Can use silicone o-ring seal with 20mm (like sku 3449) to get a waterproof flashlight.
Bottomline: Simple and quality light for normal use.

Pros: Very bright, even on almost dead AA NiMh accumulators Small and light Holster included!
Cons: There are no rubber ring under glass, that make it water irresistable. Blinking problem were solved by strong but accuracy winding the head of flashlight to it`s body
Other Thoughts: I don`t know the reason, but ChinaPost stamp is dated by 2010/14/12, RussianPost sent a paper about the package only 2011/21/02 Two and quarter months of delivery procedures!!
Bottomline: Excluding postal service lags, strongly recommended to buy! Compact, cheap and bright tactical flashlight

Pros: This little torch is very bright. I'm using it with 2000mAh gyuasa rechargeable AA battery.
Build construction is very good. Has watertight rubber rim on both end filets.
1 mode operation.
Holster is ok, holds up well the torch, can be attached to your belt.
The latch is ok
Cons: None for the moment. Haven't tested intensively battery life.
Other Thoughts: holster could have a security lock as I think the torch could fall off while you wear it on your belt.
Bottomline: very good product at a good price. If you need a little torch that fits almost anywhere, this is your item!
