Pros:

I was a bit wary of a 3rd party battery, but my 2nd original battery was dying so I needed to get a new one. The original batteries run in the range of 30-40 euros so this was extremely cheap. It fits the phone snugly and works as advertised. Nothing bad has happened...

Cons:

...yet. If you have the slightest fear you might mess up your phone with a 3rd party battery you probably should get the original HTC battery.

Bottomline:

If this blows up in my pocket or next to my head then I'll make a re-review,but for now it's been a cheap and functional battery. I'd recommend this for your HTC phone.

Pros:

Well its a battery, it came wrapped nicely in a plastic packaging. It feels solid and the build looks good, plus it matched the HTC Hero better than the battery that came with it. So far it performs just as good as the original battery that came with the phone, so no complaint there. Also the price is awesome, I would have to pay up to 2-4 times more if I were to buy it locally.

Cons:

None, its a great item, and as long as it don't set my phone on fire, it will stay that way.

Other Thoughts:

Nothing comes to mind.

Bottomline:

If you need a new battery for your HTC Hero, get this by all means, the price cant be beat.
