May not help if iPhone falls from a height.
Weak construction of the kickstand
Kickstand does not stand properly [absolutely no grip]
Does not fit iPhone 3G perfectly, dust may enter easily.
Innards to the kickstand breaks easily
Overall, it's good but the kickstand is terrible.
Other Thoughts:
I bought this product since this is one of the cheapest cases I've seen that includes a kickstand.
After a month of waiting for this product to come, I was excited for the first 35+ seconds, but after putting it on and testing out the kickstand, my iPhone went to a 150 degree angle.
I was a disappointed, but I liked the design of this case, so I attempted other tests, which was only cloth materials.
The kickstand works fine with a cloth material, pretty much anything, but I think it may be wise to put rubber ends to the kickstand.
Bottomline:
This product is perfect for anyone who wants a thin case with a kickstand.
Or any DIY guys who could add a rubber tip to the end.
Then, this case would be a perfect buy!
For people who wants a kickstand case out-of-the box, then this may or may not work for you, it depends if you are fine with using a cloth-like surface every time you use this product.
I am a little of both, but this product was OK at the end.
