Pros:

A nice scope with a good solid feel to it. Turrets have nice audible click as they are turned, and are marked in MOA.
Reticle is MIL-DOT in the first focal plane, with a parallax adjustment.
Takes one CR2032 battery (easy to find) for the illuminator.

Cons:

Haven't noticed any one the scope, but I now need a bipod to take full advantage of the scope.

Other Thoughts:

I fitted this scope to my old .22 single shot and once sighted in I fired a dozen or so rounds of varying load (high speed, subsonic, Z) while in the clamp, then a few hand-held.
I put it back in the clamp and fired a group of three to check the scope hadn't moved - all three were right where they should be.
Group size was about 1 MOA (0.6" at 62 yards)
I always thought the old girl was pretty accurate, but with iron sights I couldn't aim accurately enough to prove it :)
Some shipping damage to the end of the pretty box - looks like the package had been dropped on end and the scope had pushed the end out of the box!!! Given that the scope is just fine, this is probably a testament to the construction (of the scope, not the box).

Bottomline:

Nice scope for small arms. May even be good on larger calibre - I am looking into a 6.5mm or maybe a .308 and if it tests well on that I will order SKU44696 - the 10-40x56 version.
