It was fairly easy for me to apply it, just got one or two air-bubbles that I removed using the included card. Really good value for money at this price.

Highly recommended for PSP. It's very good!

Pros:

It's a screen protector. Decent adhesion. Super cheap. Protects the screen from scratches. Considering that the screen is plastic and prone to scratching, I consider this to be an essential accessory for a PSP. Heck, I consider a screen protector essential for anything portable with a screen.

I think there are really fancy screen protectors out there, with anti reflective coatings and whatnot, but this is good enough. It's $1.40, for pete's sake!

Get it. Better to scratch up an easily replaceable $1.40 sticker than to scratch up your PSP.

If you want to protect yout psp this is a good solution, it's hard to figure out how to install but not impossible.

Clear plastic cover that will not change the color or clarity of your screen that has good strong adhesive and it comes with a little squeegee card to help with installation. Not the best one out there but for the price cant be beat, go to a store and look at how much they want for one you’re talking 5 to7 times as much for one, and it does the same thing.

Cons:

Not the best made out there but for the price who cares its going to get scratched up anyway

A little tip to help get it in place without air bubbles is to add a drop or two of soapy water or glass cleaner onto the screen before putting this on (don’t dump a ton on just a drop or 2) then give it a few hours best over night before playing with the screen.

I have had mine for a couple of years now and it is still working great. It is very transparent and I can't even tell it is on there.

As with any of these screen protectors, they can be a pain to get them on perfectly. Make sure your screen is clean before attempting to install this.

I have the fat PSP, and it fits my screen exactly, I am not sure about the newer PSP screen size, so I can not tell you if it will fit those perfect or not.

I would definitely recommend installing one of these. The PSP screen can be scratched rather easily. This is a good price for one.

You have to peel off 2 different protective layers....one to install the film, and the other to reveal the actual screen protector surface. The second film left a sticky residue that was not possible to remove without gouging the hell out of the screen protector itself.
I've installed several similar protectors on iPods and the like with no trouble, but this thing is a piece of crap.

Buy a screen protector from a reputable shop like EB or whatever, where you can take it back and complain if it screws up. It's worth the extra money.

As soon as I saw how vast the screen of the Psp was, I realized that it would be scratched very easily. I decided that I would purchase a screen cover and I am glad I did. This cover keeps the screen free of scratches and allows the owner to be less careful throughout daily use.

Cons:

It is a little hard to install without having air bubbles, but I managed to do it.
The screen may still accumulate scratches although it is negligible because you can just buy a new screen cover as the original psp screen remains unscathed

Don't do what I did, don't skimp the money thinking you'll get a pretty close product. Just pay the extra few dollars and get a Hori, can't really trust a nice gadget with a $1.43 screen protector. Some people would probably find this product pretty good seeing as it's the same quality as the ones you buy at places like Game Stop, but I know better, and if that's what you want, buy it. I just peeled mine and threw it away.

2. Is large enough to fit the Nokia N810 4.3" screen, you'll have to cut it a little to fit.

1. Not really suited for devices with touch-screens. While installing the protector I managed to scratch a little it with the plastic card I've been using to fasten the protector. I believe it will take little time to scratch the whole protector with the pen, so I don't expect it to last long.
2. The glue on the protector is very weak. The borders of the protector (about several mm's) didn't even adhere to the screen.

Bottomline:

Perhaps for PSP it's a good protector, but not for a device with touchscreen.

Putting on this material goes about like this:
- It has a small plastic film on each side.
- You should begin with with just one of them, and start putting it on the display of your wish, from one corner to the other (use something to push away air-bubbles, like a ruler or a small pencil).
- Then you may take off the other film (if you spare it, you might wait till it gets dirty, and just 'rip the dirt off' by removing the film then :P)

This screen protector is good. I highly recommend people to get one for their PSP. This is a small price to pay for protecting your investment (your PSP). There PSP is not that easy to scratch (although I never tried to scratch my (PSP screen before). I would rather not take my chances and have my PSP screen scratched and ruin the great graphics. This is a very good screen protector. This is the second most expensive PSP screen protector on Deals Extreme, but I do not know the differences between the most expensive one. This one works just fine and for the price, who could complain?

Cons:

I do not think this is really a Hori brand screen protector. But it does feel quite thick and sturdy enough. It is fairly easy to the protector on, but some people have troubles doing it.
You might get some air bubbles if you did not position the screen protector correctly, but other than that, it should be okay. You do not really need instruction to know how to apply the screen protector. The instructions are in Japanese, but it does not really matter. The actual screen protector has these tabs on them. The instructions on the tab are in English so do not worry, these are the important information. Read below for my method of applying the screen protector with greater ease and possibly higher success (and maybe save you from a ton of frustration.) The screen protector comes with this piece of cardboard called a soft card. I do not know what this is for and what it is suppose to do. I just left this thing alone after scratching my head over if for a few seconds.

Bottomline:

You have more than one shot at applying the screen protector so do not worry that much. But the screen protector has a tendency to attract and stick a lot of dust and particles. This would ruin the screen protector and create air bubbles on the PSP screen. You can use something like scotch tape to remove the dust and stuff effective. You can also wipe the PSP screen with the microfiber cloth that came with the screen protector. I also found it immensely helpful to wipe the PSP screen with some rubbing alcohol before applying the screen protector. My guess is that the alcohol removes the oils, grease and dust that had adhere to the screen, much better than water could. And since the alcohol is volatile, it would dry up better and faster than water would.

- It's a screen protector... so it protects your PSP's screen from scratches!
- This can be applied to all the different PSP models
- Maybe it's just me, but I find this screen protector easier to use than others here. I got rid of air bubbles in this screen protector more easily than others. Also, there are a few little bits of dust under the protector, but it's not noticeable at all unless you examine it really carefully.
- Fingerprints are less noticeable with this screen protector

Cons:

- This only fits like 99.5% of the PSP screen. (Mine's a 2000 model)
- Once applied, I noticed that the surface is not as smooth as I expected it to be.

Awesome and cheap screen protector. Get it!

The prices is unbeatable, you can buy many of these for the price of just one expensive which do the same job. The size is perfect for phat psp owners. Some other protectors don't fit the screen they tend to be a little bigger.

I'm getting annoyed with this site selling screen protectors that don't perfectly fit what they're meant to protect. Like other protector recently purchased from this site, it is slightly too small and does not cover the screen. This may sound trivial to some, but whenever you play games with it on, you can see the lines since around the screen since it's not a good fit.

Like I said in a different review, the fact that it is too small makes it useless to me. I tried to play with it on my PSP for a while then took it off and threw it away. If it would've been the right size I'd have given it a 5/5 review.

I actually bought two different types of screen protectors for my psp slim, because there were so many alternatives and I wanted to see the differences between these pieces of plastic. They are pretty much the same but some have better accompanying materials, this had a fiber like cloth with i likes alot better than the polyester type. these cloths help you push out bubbles easily also. if you dont have one get one it will save your screen from scratches.

Bottomline:

This is a good protector for your psp. Even though there are slight problems, for that price it doesn't matter, just buy a couple extra. I bought two to be safe.
