Pros: The ideal price / performance ratio. This product is on the list of popular products, so that says it all!
Other Thoughts: If you buy this type of battery, you need to buy a protective plate!
Bottomline: I use these accumulators TrustFire Protected 18650 Lithium Battery (2500mAh 2-Pack Blue) with 2009. I use them constantly. It works. So what do the findings themselves. I use it together with sku 08274 (Universal Bicycle Mount), sku 16516 UltraFire WF-502B Cree R2-WC 3-Mode 250-Lumen LED Flashlight with Clip (1*18650), sku 13820 (OEM 2*18650 Lithium Battery Charger)

Pros: - Good capacity vs price.
- The capacity is quite consistent between batteries.
- They come in a plastic Box
- The real capacity is around 1900-2100 mAh (0.5 - 1.0 A)
Cons: - The capacity is lower than the printed, but that's very common with all batteries on DX
- They don't come in heatshrinked plastic wrap, they come in a box instead
- They ship the boxes without bubble wrap, so they arrive damaged and useless.
Other Thoughts: For the price, this batteries are a good alternative to the Trustfire True 2400 mAh, since they have lowered their capacity, you get approximately the same capacity saving 2 dollars.
DX should use more bubble wrap on the boxes, or send them in plastic wrap (no box) inside bubble wrap bags as before.
Bottomline: Good batteries for the money ~2000 mAh assured for your flashlights.

Pros: Have overcharge/overdischarge protection PCB Good build-quality Standing-out tip(button) at top, which needed for some devices Came in a bonus plastic storage case
Cons: Real length is 68.5mm (measured using analog caliper, which is more precise than dx's digital ones) so they will not fit some devices Actual capacity is lower than stated 2500mAh
Other Thoughts: Upon arrival cells were charged at 3.72V (somewhere near 30%). Normal fully-charged voltage for 18650 is 4.2V so do not forget to charge them before use.
Bottomline: Decent cells, good choice for their value.

Pros: These are the first Li-ion batteries, that I am using, so they seem to me to be a good ones ?. I have no way to measure the real capacity of them, but they are holding on quite well in my Spiderfire SSC P7 flashlight. They have a protection circuit, that might exclude the possibility to overcharge or overdischarge them, and it allows charging them in a charger without adequate voltage limiter.
Cons: At first that protection didn’t do no harm, but after maybe second charging cycle it started to kick in and prevented from running the flashlight in Hi mode. That made my Spiderfire almost useless, so I was forced to remove the protection from the batteries. I guess, that manipulation made the batteries and the flashlight to work over their limits, but at least I had a Hi mode, when I needed it.
Other Thoughts: I thin, that the problem with protection kicking in with higher lumen flashlights is quite common to all types of protected batteries.
Bottomline: At the end these are good batteries.

Pros: Li 18 650 is already good!) Before you buy read the previous reviews, I realized that there are different capacities in different parties, wanted to take the risk. Imax B6 tested capacity, the discharge current of 1A was 2000 mAh, a couple of cycles I hope will grow up to 2200 mAh. I think that is a great option for the money. Before that there were black trustfire, 2400 mAh. For the price / watt are the same. They arrived in a plastic carrying case.
Cons: Cons not found, a very good 18 650 batteries for the money, take a extra set for use with T6 trustfire black trustfire.
Bottomline: If you take a few sets at a discount is generally an excellent option. Very pleased with your purchase.

Pros: -High capacity for size and weight -protected cells. -2500 mah(long lasting)
Cons: -Small real capacity -slightly long at 67mm and slightly wide at 18.4mm, maybe too long to fit in some devices -18650s by definition should be 18mm (wide) by 65mm (long) making them a tight fit in most flashlights and chargers - my unprotected cells measure 18.3mm (wide) by 64.8mm (long)
Other Thoughts: .charged with http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.0936 (slightly tight because of the extra length)
Bottomline: Nice battery for the small price. They are also "protected" so that is a plus. If you need 18650's, and don't want to spend a lot, you can't go wrong with these!

Pros: TrustFire Protected 18650 Lithium Battery - they do what they should do for over a year now - they do not overcharge (but don't know if this is due the good work of the protection or of the charger), all four switch off charging in the range of 4,20 to 4.21 - so far no performance issues
Cons: have 4 of them and the pair received first is not the exact length as the second. pair one no issues to charge in a ultrafire charge, pair two difficult to insert assume blue shrink wrapped body will fall appart earlier than having performance issues
Other Thoughts: as the trusfires are the only 18650 cells I use I can not compare to other cells.
Bottomline: nothing to complain about, would buy again

Pros: High capacity for size and weight Overcharge and over discharge protection really works!
Cons: Tough to solder on the poles, though that isn't what they are intended for.
Other Thoughts: I installed them in my radio controlled airplanes 2.4GHz radio in the place of the 8 AA batteries. Had to change a resistor or 2 to accomodate the voltage difference. But this is much more effective.
Bottomline: Been using them very often for the last 4 months and they work like a charm! If you something that runs of 3.7, 7.4 or 11.1Volts and doesn't need a powerfull discharge, this is ideal!!

Pros: I bought these to try them and their final purpose is being a gift, I tested the pair and it works perfectly fine with my flashlights BUT is not compatible with Solarforce and Surefire which sucks basically but I didn't buy it for those lights so I don't really care.
They are compatible with the "digital" charger from here around, charge relatively fast and I'd dare to say they are relieable for that price.
Cons: They're a bit pricey, nearly 8 bucks for a pair of batteries... I don't know, seems quite a lot for such a kind of brand.
When I pay more then the double for Wolf-Eyes brand batteries I know what I'm paying for at least.
These here are NOT compatible with Solarforce and Surefire. I have an L2 and a 6P and the batteries won't fit, they areto thick which is weird and I've never read about this problem before....
Since I didn't buy them for those flashlights anyway I didn't try to force the batteries in the body like with peeling off the plastic shell etc but it's just a major problem that has to be mentioned.

Pros: Built-in protection won't let overdischarge and (supposedly) overcharge them.
Cons: Small real capacity
A short time after charging them to 4.20V the voltage on terminals drops below 3.9V
Other Thoughts: Got 4 of these, measured 2 of them with a smart charger. The real capacity measured to 1160 and 1210 mah. So, this "TrustedFire"s is yet another "brand" of relabeled elements from old notebook batteries.
Also these elements have giant internal resistance - about 1 ohm. The best li-ion 18650 I own (2200 mah labeled, 2200 mah real) have 0.5 Ohm, so these are about twice worse.
This means that using this battery in a 5W light (supposing 2 serial 18650) you will lose about 18% of the battery capacity heating the battery itself.

Pros: -Cheap and long lasting batteries. -sweet color -good build quality -avaible in 2 pack -protected cells. -2500 mah(long lasting)
Cons: the batteries are taller then normal 18650 cells. it didnt fit in my laser that i bought them for..So now i got no use for them.
Other Thoughts: if you got a sd 301-303 laser buy some smaller one's , the encap with keylock wont fit good with these cells. that the only con that ive notic so far.
Bottomline: good batteries if they fit even if they are tall..

Pros: * Decently high capacity * Cheap price for two 18650s * Nice colour * Protected cells
Cons: * A bit longer than some other cells * Capacity not quite as stated * The outer casing appears a bit fragile
Other Thoughts: I got these to supply the power for an XML-T6 torch and they certainly do the job, nice bright beam. I am now wondering what else I can do with them.
Bottomline: Decent, get what you pay for 18650 batteries, would buy again. Consider buying some plastic cases to put the batteries in to protect them for when they are not being used.

Pros: They fit perfect in my flashlights, so they must be the right length. The protection chip is visible, but doesn't seem to get in the way. I don't have any other devices that use this battery, though, so make sure the length isn't an issue before you buy.
Cons: None yet. They seem to wear like other batteries. They aren't as long lasting as they used to be (after over a year of use).
Bottomline: I don't know if they are the best price for this type of battery, but it's well worth it to have some spares that last.

Pros: Quiet cheap but depends wich stock you receive. Really cheap if they have a minimum capacity of 2200, expensive if they hold 1800 or less. Protection works, maybe on some power consuming flashlight they will not work if they drain a lot of current. If from a good stock they are excellent for rebuilding a laptop pack, just remove the first skin and protection circuit and you'll have good enough cell with tabs for refurbishing
Cons: As said: if you're out of luck you receive a weak 1800 mA cell and the price is too high for them. The weak ones have an abrupt tension roll off
Other Thoughts: I made my test with a Meterman connected to the pc, put a 4.2 Ohm resistive load and waited cut off of protection circuit. I connected also a voltmeter to measure tension just to have a look on it, it's not necessary as the Meterman counts the A per hour that pass through him (it also gives min, max and average). As I=V/R you can see that it is quiet a light load, less then 5 Watt (1Ax4.2V=4.2W, at 3.6 Volt 3.1 W). With cells from first stock I read an average of 2200 (as the printing in the inner skin), on last stock cells less the 1800 mA (average 1760). I bought 10 cells per order
Bottomline: Would be nice to know wich stock you'll receive, maybe it doesn't matter if you put cells in a led pocket flashlight but if capacity counts the last stock cells are worst and by far too expensive. If you receive the good ones then it's a good buy, those cells work fine in my notebook, I refurbished pack six month ago

Pros: I have bought these batteries like, 1 year ago. They have lasted really well, especially i have used them in my bike´s light, and i have been riding my bike in -30 celcius temperatures. the batteries work fine also in extreme temperatures.
Cons: batteries drain faster in lower temperature, but that is normal for batteries.
Other Thoughts: these are a good buy, also 18650 batteries have higher voltage rating so you get a lot more power compared to AA or AAA batteries, which have only 1.2-1.5V voltages.
Bottomline: Good batteries for your CREE flashlight or some other power-demanding applications.

Pros: Measured capacity was 2400 mah with 1A constant current mode discharge (down to 3V) When charged with 1A (constant current+constant voltage mode with 4.2V upper limit), it accepts 2450 mah of electricity, charging in 197 minutes
Cons: We are always happy to see lower prices LOL
Other Thoughts: The measurements were done for the new out of the box battery, we'll see how the capacity will degrade with wear. Stated on the cover 2.75 lower limit isnt probably safe - so I never go below 3.0V
Bottomline: Not too bad. 96% of declared capacity is great for this site.

Pros: Pros: These 18650's are true to form- the protection circuit works fine and they charge well on SKU 4151 without getting too hot. They're the right diameter and don't show signs of bulges or distortions in the body so they should fit anything that takes an 18650. nice batteries
Cons: Other Thoughts: Remember to always keep 'em charged, Lithium batteries don't like sitting drained. The protection circuit helps with this, but better to keep them as full as you can to prolong their life. still good battereies
Other Thoughts: Other Thoughts: Remember to always keep 'em charged, Lithium batteries don't like sitting drained. The protection circuit helps with this, but better to keep them as full as you can to prolong their life. keep them recharged
Bottomline: Bottomline: Probably the cheapest you can get good protected 18650's for, and they're being used in more and more electronics. nice batteries

Pros: -->Nice blue packing
-->Good capacity (I measured 2,2Ah with 1A draw from fully charged (4,2V to 3V)
Cons: -->High internal resistance. When I measured the capacity, the voltage was long time at 3,5V. And the curve vas linear. When I did the same thing with another 18650cell from laptop, the curve was flat and than suddenly dropped and the voltage holds around 3,65V most of the time.
Other Thoughts: --> The protection is in normal life useless - I won't trigger at 4,2V, it will at around 4,3 which is really too high voltage and will destroy battery soon. The same thing applies to underdischarge. The protection is only for
-->Li-ion batteries come charged to around 40-60%. Charge before use!
Bottomline: See cons - No problem battery for flashlight but I won't recommend this as replacement to laptop computer (or other hi-current application)

Pros: Protected, long lasting, rechargable, cost is very reasonable, and pretty blue. What more could you ask for?
Cons: None thus far. I thought would need to be charged once I received them but already had some juice...probably at least 70-75%
Other Thoughts: Not sure what the difference is between this model and the one with the flames but being the cheaper of the two with the higher rating (2500mAh) it was a no brainer to go with it...
Bottomline: Great battery, great price. That's what we're all looking for right?

Pros: work well an are very handy , used in many things i own , laser, flashlight, rc radio easy to charge , my rc radio runs like 8 + hours on a 2 cell battery pack i made with these..
Cons: wish they where cheaper , id buy alot more at a time :)
Other Thoughts: ive used these to make battery packs , i solder two together an add wire leads an use them in my rc radio an rc planes an just about anything i can install them into that need battery's
Bottomline: for this type of battery you cant go wrong , its cheap enough to out way the price of one time use battery's an they pay for themselves in the long run !

Pros: These 18650's are true to form- the protection circuit works fine and they charge well on SKU 4151 without getting too hot. They're the right diameter and don't show signs of bulges or distortions in the body so they should fit anything that takes an 18650.
Cons: None in particular. The blue shrink-wrapped outer body looks a little flimsy maybe, but with regular usage I don't think it'd be a problem. Just try not to drop them!
Other Thoughts: Remember to always keep 'em charged, Lithium batteries don't like sitting drained. The protection circuit helps with this, but better to keep them as full as you can to prolong their life.
Bottomline: Probably the cheapest you can get good protected 18650's for, and they're being used in more and more electronics.

Pros: Bought two of these, as my second set of 18650 Lithium batteries for a flashlight project. These were 1/4th the price of my first pair! (Which is a good thing). My other pair also stated 2500mAh, and these seem roughly the same capacity.
Cons: No cons. It would be nice if they were one million mAh, but that's not quite possible, so these will do nicely.
Other Thoughts: They are an aesthetically pleasing colour.
The top "+" side has a very clean looking white area, which looks clean and futuristic. Also worthy of note was that the batteries didn't smell like they came out of a dangerous factory, and instead just smell 'new'.
Bottomline: With a price like this you can't go wrong.

Pros: Ok these are cheap and work solid in most 18650 applications.
worked great for me in the past (1-2 years)
Cons: Newer batch switch off when used in high power applications (running xm-l in direct drive)
(between 3.0-3.5A) and cannot deliver above 3.1A in the first place.
Other Thoughts: I have some older versions of these Trustfires and they work perfectly I have to say it was a bit disappointing to find out that the newer batch can't deliver a high current and switch off.
Most of the time it is good enough though and above 3A is pushing it with Li-ion (cobalt) 18650 batteries
Bottomline: good not great

Pros: To begin with, I do capacity test with imax B6+ every time I order batteries from dealextreme. Capacity of these batteries are real if you do 0.2C test. In field they work with higher currents and then you get less.
When doing 1A test the capacity is usually aroun 2100-2200mAh - pretty impressive.
I made battery back for old NiMH Metabo cordless drill with these. No need for new one anymore.
No problem at all when using 3series 2 parallel.
Cons: No cons, have not received a one with poor capacity or faulty protection board.
Other Thoughts: These batteries are good for every project if you have the knowhow. Protection board makes it eaven safer to solder because you dont heat the battery element itself.
Bottomline: With correct charger and proper handling these are your friends for a very long time.

Pros: very long time before I need to rechage them.
seem to be safe for use (without licking).
Cons: none what so ever (not for as long as I have them).
The batteries need their own chargher coz they are bigger than normal aa batteries.
Other Thoughts: This Batteries are bigger than regular batteries but not for nothing. When they fully charge they can work for hours (my flashlight is very powerfull one).
Bottomline: I think they are very good and it is a wise buy, but be careful and be sure the battery muches your device.
very cheap.
you need to buy a chargher with it (also avliable in dealextreme).

Pros: consistent ant widths and lengths. cheapest protected 18650's out there the blue looks good. not to fancy, not to bland
Cons: none so far, but I am expecting a 20% failure rate or so from these batteries. that's what I've seen overall with all the whatever fires.
Other Thoughts: seam to get the job done. the protected is a must, especially in two cell applications, where one batter can drain faster than another for some reason. I've lost several non protected cells from exactly that.
Bottomline: cheapest protected 18650s out there.

Pros: I forgot about a flashlighht in the bacl of a drawer for over a year and the battery gave full power light and did not run out over about 1 1/2 hours of use. At least in my charger they do not get warm even.
Cons: None really, getting these batteries in the US is very difficult so buy extra ones;saves on shipping cost too (joke)
Other Thoughts: My electrition tells me there are actually 3 batteries in the one??? I don't think I will take oit apart to find out. Are there?
Bottomline: Reading this I understand there may be newer better 18650's sold by DX. But these meet my needs.

Pros: Seem solid. They're my first 18650 batteries and haven't been disappointed.
Cons: A little tight, but doesn't really hamper use.
Other Thoughts: I bought these along with a cheap charger to go with my first 18650 LED flashlight. I have several AA and AAA LED flashlights already, but wanted something with a little more... umph. These batteries (and charger) let me get it without costing too TOO much.
Bottomline: I'm not sure of their quality or total charge or whatever, but they work. For the price, that's all I was looking for.

Pros: It's a very realiable battery and can keep more than the specified capacity. My eletronical battery charger could charge 2.900 mAh, it's 400 mAh more without having problems!!! Also I can charge in any battery charger without electronical peak detection because the internal protection system protects it from overcharging.
Cons: I don't think the size of the battery is a problem. I'm using it in a P7 F15 and the only thing that I have to do is press a lit bit to fit inside the flashlight.
Bottomline: I think it's a very good product with a very good construction. It worths what you're paying for!
