Pros: Good price. Easy to use. Charging lights work well. My Trustfire 18650 protected fit well in this charger. Didn't get hot while charging and flashlights are super bright on batteries coming off this charger.
Cons: As others have said, this does take a while to charge 18650 batteries--overnight for me. I knew that when I ordered it. Other than that, I don't have any gripes
Other Thoughts: I haven't tried the cr123, but like the fact that I have the option to do so.
Bottomline: Six bucks for a quality charger. What's not to like? The build quality on my is absolutely fine, I'm not sure what others expect from a charger, but I've go no complaints.

Pros: -very easy to use -can charge two kinds of batteries -has an LED to indicate when it is fully charged -the price is great (but not the best) -charges fast -does what it says :)
Cons: -can be a bit cheaper :P -the build quality isn't the best, but this isn't really a con
Other Thoughts: personnally, i have the 18650 batteries. so, i didn't took a very long time to search for chargers that only charges 18650 batteries. i found one after, and cheaper. so beside that you need to charge both kinds of batteries, you should buy a charger that only charges your kind of batteries...i will be cheaper
Bottomline: if you have both kinds of batteries, definetly a product to buy :)

Pros: will charge 18650 and cr123 respectivly-charges to full capacity and is a multipurpose charger which i was looking for simple to use as pole position is maked clearly good price also for what you are getting
Cons: the charge times on mine are way longer as it takes over a day to charge either types of batteries i was a bit dissapointed but have a stockpile of batteries so not to much of a drama and i know if you charge batteries slower they will last longer so if you have heaps of time to wait this will be ok
Other Thoughts: wish the specs were correct more testing should be made with this sort of thing
Bottomline: ok charger but as i mentioned before i was a bit dissa pointed that the charge rates were underestimated but might get more life out of batteries

Pros: Saw this on the site and I wanted a charger that would do 123a and 18650'sarrived fairly quickly and I had some 123 I'd just depleted so I placed them in ( good fit) and connected to power supply now they took a day and a half bit to long but on the other hand if you charge them slow they will last longer so either a con or pro , I will leave that to your discretion it does charge them to maximum capacity so that is all I really care about as I have a heap of spares, I'm yet to Try the18650 s in it so I don't know how long they will take to charge as yet
Cons: If you are in a hurry for freshly charged batteries don't hold your breath but as I said overall it is better for the batteries to be charged slowly
Other Thoughts: Would be good if had a cigarette charger included
Bottomline: I am happy with this charger and it will probably be used more than my other chargers

Pros: Charges batteries! I haven't tried anything but 3.6V 18650s, but it works great on them. Fortunately, it has a cutoff circuit, so unprotected cells are fine. Just insert the cell with the power unplugged. Plug the power in, the light will turn red, and then wait for it to turn green! Very simple. I haven't timed how long it takes to charge batteries, but it seems quick enough to me.
Cons: The light on the power adapter isn't strictly necessary.... Rubber feet would be nice, but it really doesn't matter.
Other Thoughts: Not sure what everyone is complaining about in terms of build quality, mine is pretty nice. I'm not playing tennis with it, but it seems sturdy nonetheless.

Pros: CHEAP!!! CHEAP!!! CHEAP!!!
This charger is an amazing value. Led light lets you know when battery is charging and when it is ready. I have both cr123a and 18650 batteries and they fit perfectly. The unit charges batteries in about an hour.
Cons: the housing plastic is a little cheezy but for the price who cares. I did drop it with batteries inside and the housing cracked but the charger is still working/
Bottomline: charges different size batteries up to 2 at a time.
You cant go wrong with the price on this one. Get it !

Pros: - cheap (compared to others) - fits normal sized and double sized CR123 cells - indication LED
Cons: - needs adapter to work in Europe
Other Thoughts: i bought this adapter together with the Flat to Round Power Plug Convertor to charge my Ultrafire 3.6V 880mAh LC 16340 Protected CR123A Battery 2-Pack batteries. i've used it multiple times and it still seems to do the job very well.
Bottomline: if you bought the rechargeable cells that i did (or the double sized variant) buy this with it and you never need another set of batteries again!

Pros: Excellent charger with built in safety... Charger shut's off if unattended and it has an easy indicator... red light when dead (or low), green light when charged. Use it for #18650's with good results.
Cons: Takes a good amount of time to charge and batteries fit in reallly tight... other wise Okay!
Other Thoughts: Have not tried it for CR123's (although it handles them), but it seems to be the same circumstance, very tight fit... but still safer than most!
Bottomline: Well worth the money and the wait time for the safety... But don't leave completely unattended.

Pros: Great price for this device, simple to use and works well. Red status LED shows charging, green shows full (device disconnect power source from batterys) blinking shows no battery is in it
Silent
Cons: Battery’s are charged to 4.2V but the charger does not hold the Voltage at this point, it simple disconnects the power source so your battery’s doesn’t charge to 100% capacity. For full charge the Voltage has to be hold at 4.2V until the current drops to 3% of the beginning current.
The current of the power supply is to low. For 2 18650 battery’s you need more than 10 h to fully charge them, but you can change the power supply.
The power supply takes lot of energy even when it is disconnected to the charger. If you let it in the socket it gets relative hot in a short amount of time.
Other Thoughts: If you doesnt like the charging board, you can simply remove it and put in an own.
You can change the power source with some who can give 1.5A@5V to charge 18650 batterys. The batterys are charged even faster with this, but the diode on the board gets verry hot @1.5A, better put a cooler on it on this high current.
Bottomline: Does his job, can be modified easy, verry cheap.

Pros: Great charger for the price. Has dual LED charge status light and another led on the wall plug as well. Charges 2 types of batteries. CR123A and 18650.
Cons: LED status doesn't always seem to work or change properly. No documentation as to what the dirfferent colours and flashing means. Doesn't seem to turn off when it's done charging. Build quality isn't the greatest but not really a concern.
Other Thoughts: Does what I need it to , can't go wrong with the price.
Bottomline: Does the job. Charges 2 batteries at a time and can charge 2 different types.

Pros: - It works! - It is rather cheap. - Automatically turns off when batteries are charged and shows it by turning lamp from red to green. - Lets charge two 18650 or two CR123A or one 18650 or one CR123A - Batteries (18650 which I have) seat very good in their places. Rather strong shaking needed to get'em out.
Cons: - US type plug only. It is the only con I've found, and it can be totally not a con for you.
Other Thoughts: I use it with TrustFire TR18650 (SKU 19770). I don't have any CR123A's, so cannot write much about it. Sure it would be nice if DX added another SKUs with EU and UK-style plugs, but the device usable with an adapter, of course.
Bottomline: Nice thing. I really like it.

Pros: Charger, able to charge my 18650 batteries.
The fit for my TrustFire batteries is really good. I can put the charger upsidedown and the batteries won't fall out, but I can easily pop them out.
Charges pretty quickly.
It's black in colour.
Cons: ... Downside: it has a power adapter thingy. Would be a lot nicer if it was integrated.
It sometimes makes a very high pitch whining sound when charging, which only me and one of my coworkers can hear. Kind of like the sound of a CRT television turning on .
Other Thoughts: A good charger.
Bottomline: The price is really good. Really quite good. Quite really very good. Buy one or two.

Pros: This charger can charge any 18650 and any cr123a battery. It charges and cuts off at 4.2volts.
Cons: Mine quit working about 8 months after i ordered it, but that might be due to the fact i dropped it and took it with me alot.
This charger takes a LONG time to charge 18650s. Some of my relly low cells that hold 2500mah could take over 10 hours before both were fully charged.
Other Thoughts: During the charging processes, it has a nice green led that blinks green and red. The more red the LED is, the deader the battery is, the more green, the more voltage it has. The LED is solid green when it's charged.
Bottomline: I am told sku 4151 is a better charger, it does more sizes. I've use spacers in this 1 to charge 10440 and 14500 cells, as well as the 16500. It charges the 10440 and the 14500 fast. Works with protected cells no problem.

Pros: I didn't think the build quality was as bad as other reviewers did, It certainly looks and feels solid and like it's going to take a decent amount of day to day wear and tear. Its pretty straight forward to use otherwise, and it's price is fantastic. It's features are excellent for the price.
Cons: The one proviso to what I wrote above in "pros" is that, like others commenting here, it appears that the bottom is not glued to the main body and did come loose, but simply clicking it back into place, or if you wanted to, gluing it there, solved the problem in 2 seconds and then it's rock solid. Also, as has already been mentioned, this doesn't come with instructions so you have to work it out yourself.
Other Thoughts: Initially I regretted buying this charger over the WF-139 [SKU 1251] on the basis of some of the reviews here. On reciept, however I was pleasantly surprised and since talking to my brother who got the WF-139 and who has had a few problems with it I have no regrets whatsoever.
Bottomline: Excellent 18650 charger for the price. Although I've yet to put too many miles on this item so far, it certainly feels like it's going to last.

Cons: - Power supply connector was loose when the product arrived
- Overall build quality is not very good
- US plug in power supply
Other Thoughts: The power supply connector was loose when the product arrived and the charger did not charge. I was able to fix this by opening the bottom cover and re-attaching the connector to the housing.
Also, the bottom cover does not seem to fit properly, it requires a bit of forcing to close.
Bottomline: After small fixes, it is a good charger for the price.

Pros: - It charges both 18650's as cr123's
- It changes light when the batteries are full
- It's dual channel so you can charge 2 batteries with different capacity
- For adapter, it uses the old style nokia adapter plug, so easy to replace if the adapter brakes down.
Cons: - I'm having my doubts as for how long this charger is going to function.
It feals cheap.
I have one for 4 months now and still working, but I'm not a heavy user.
Other Thoughts: If it would brake down, I probably would buy this one again.
Bottomline: It's a nice charger

Pros: Cheap, and it works!
Cons: Really not very well made - rather flimsy. Polarity markings for CR123a batteries are very difficult to see - don't put them in backwards!
From the charging indicator light, the positive(+) terminals are on the RIGHT!
Other Thoughts: I've read some very negative comments on this item. Let's face it - you're paying less than $7 bucks for a charger that will handle 2 of the major flashlight batteries around. Some people will complain about everything. Fact is - this thing works. Period - end of story.
Bottomline: Bottom line - if you need a small, inexpensive charger for those CR123a or 18650 batteries you can't go wrong with one of these. Unbeatable price.

Pros: nice only if everything were this reasonably price and worked right - couple hours to charge - low price - double duty
Cons: could be slightly sturdier in the way the battery clips are attached and orientated - but it does the job fine and will hold up for some time , provided the charger lasts
Other Thoughts: delivered in 20 days better than the 30+ days from the other guys .
Bottomline: 7 bucks to my door charging my new badass 18650s (SKU 01879) to power my new SSC P7-C 2800mA LED Module with Copper Base (sku 14413)

Pros: This battery charger is a good value because of its versatility. It charges (18650, CR123A, and CR123A protected) batteries. Just because a battery charger charges the CR123As doesn't mean it will charge the (CR123A PROTECTED) type batteries, but this one does. Its like three battery chargers in one. Great deal, Deal Extreme!
Other Thoughts: I have been using this little charger a lot charging my CR123A protected batteries, and it has performed perfectly. For anyone who doesn't know what is meant by the term, "protected batteries", it means a battery that has built in circuitry that protects the battery from being over-charged and over-discharged by the battery charger, there-by increasing the lifespan of the battery.
Bottomline: Bottom line, its worth the money. If you have CR123As or CR123A protected batteries, then this is the charger for you. BUY IT!

Pros: Works. NOthing has blown up yet. Both the CR123 and the 18650 get a full charge from them.
Cons: The fit for protected 18650 is VERY tight. But they do fit, just be very careful taking them out.
Other Thoughts: I would suggest that you use some kind of band under the 18650 protect. Just lay it underneath the batteries so you can just left them up when they are charged. Otherwise you have to pry them out and there is almost no room to do that.
Bottomline: It's worth price. It seems to work safely, but honestly I haven't been using it everyday or anything. When I have used it, it's worked for me.

Pros: It do the job. Support the 18650 CR123a in one charger. It is at a really good price.
Cons: Slow with 18650. Difficult to read the polarity of the charger. The power converter is not integrated in the main body. No dual channel with independant led to know when it is ready.
Other Thoughts: It is a great product, but I normally use my other charger with CR123a because it work better. This one is great for 18650 if you want to charge overnight.
Bottomline: At that price my con are only because I need more caracter to fill this review so I become picky...

Pros: Guess what: it just works! This charger is really good, does what it should. I use it to charge 18650 protected and not protected cells. Never had any problems. Build quality is also very good, no loose parts. Really compact and light.
Cons: - Only available with US plug. - Missing small stripe to pull to remove the cells after charging.
Other Thoughts: Good thing for even better price! It was my first buy from DX and I'm very satisfied.
Bottomline: I just use my Nokia charger as a power supply. It's about the same rating as original supply in the bundle. I wish there were possibility to buy it with standard European plug.

Pros: Nice charger....can charge 18650's and 16340's so it does double duty and only cost what a single battery type charger costs....the build quality seems better than some of the other chargers I have bought....I like how the power cable is separate and no just to prongs that come out of the back of the charger....It fits protected batteries in it, so thats a plus since that's all I have
Cons: not really a con, but I just put one protected 18650 in as it seems it would be very hard to remove the batteries if you had two in the charger
Bottomline: Great charger that fits my needs as I need a 18650 and 16340 charger and this does both.....great price on a good charger

Pros: Nice charger, works great to charge my UniqueFire Protected 18650 3.7V "2500mAh" Lithium Batteries.
I love the function of this charger to stop when the batteries are full.
Also a great feature of this charger is the LED that indicates if it is charging the batteries or if it is done charging.
While charging the batteries do not get very hot like most chargers.
Cons: The 18650 batteries just fit in, they are a bit big for this charger
Bottomline: This is a good charger to charge the 18650 batteries.
Specially for this kind of money!

Pros: Great price. I bought this to charge batteries that i bought for my flashlight that i bought on her (Aurora AK-P7-5 HA-III SSC P7-C 2-Mode 900-Lumen LED Flashlight with Assault Crown (1*18650) it charged the batteries in several hours.
Cons: would be nice if it had more than one light. really light weight
Other Thoughts: when buying products like these its always good to be around when they are plugged in. i have fears as it is a cheaply made product of it combusting while i am away.
Bottomline: for the price you simply cant beat it.

Pros: - Solid built
- Feels sturdy
- Does not get hot
- Seperate Charger
- NOKIA Charger plug means u can charge outdoors / bring 1 charger instead of 2
- Universal voltage adapter
- Adapter has power LED.
- Switching color LED lets you know when it's ready.
- Readable English @ the back of the box :-)
Cons: - Charger 2 pins are not the native plugs in my country. i had to get universal plug for it.
- Tight fit for 18650 (Means it may tear the plastic protection on 18650 batteries)
- Have not tried the smaller 123A fitting.
Other Thoughts: - Good to have 2 or 4 LED to let people know that indivual battery is charged.
Bottomline: Good price! I have nothing to complain about! So far, 12 hours of use, it doesnt get hot at all. Just Warm on the battery and the bottom of the charger. Feels safe to let it run overnight. :-)

Pros: 1. Inexpensive
2. Charges my cells to 4.21 almost every time
3. Uses an easily replaceable power source which is also seperate from the main charger, making it feel a bit safer
4. Can use a car charger to charge cells on the go
5. Reasonably quick
6. Shuts off charging when cell is full - no trickle charge means extended battery life
7. I've charged 14500s with this and magnetic spacers but I don't know how safe it is
8. Fits every cell I've put into it
Cons: 1. Once in a blue moon will charge a cell to 4.22-4.25
2. Not dual channel - do not try mixing different batteries (a 17670 and a 18650 for example - although I've done this with no ill effect)
Other Thoughts: I'm much happier with this charger than my Trustfire dual channel (which only charges my cells to 4.12 initially and then trickle charges). Definitely a best buy and since the power source is usually what seems to go on these things, it's nice to see that it uses an easily replaceable AC adapter.
Bottomline: If you need a charger for your 16340s, 17670s, 18650s or whatever - this is the charger for you! Buy it now!!!
