Pros: Does work at advertised. The craftmanship is really good. Wondered if they can ship this without being damaged - and they managed it. They put two big envelopes together (to get the right heigt) and it came in a (squashed) retail packaging.
Other Thoughts: Mine came without coloured body - but with drawings an its wings. Nicely made.
Bottomline: Great item for every desk. Children and adults love that thing. They manage to ship that big thing (~40cm height) properly and the price is low. So get one for your some child's desk.

Pros: - Even smaller than the famous sku.06108. - Good build quality - Looks sturdy. - Better looks.
Cons: - No lanyard included (I use the one from my old sku.06108). - Protection housing might get lost being not attached to the rest of the card read.
Other Thoughts: If there would be a lanyard included and there was some sort of attachment preventing the loose of the protection housing, it would be perfect.
Bottomline: At the moment the protection housing fits snuggly and does not seem to get loose too easily. But only time will tell if you can/will loose ist. I like this tiny reader as my every-day-usb-memorystick and it is a good alternative to sku.06108 which survived 8 months on my keychain and still works, but its casing lost some "pieces" in the meanwhile. So I thought it would be time for something new. :-)

Pros: Good quality of the lens. LEDs start automatically when swung out to use it. Good materials
Cons: When swung out the cover feels flimsy because it has no stability. You can squeeze it very ease so it is not very comfortable to hold. You begin to hold it very carefully then.
Other Thoughts: Why is there still a 500 character limit? What else could I write? Should I go outside because it is a sunny day today? Will it snow again this winter?
Bottomline: Good quality of the lens and material. A little big for a pocket or every-day magnifying lens. It is a pity that the cover is not more stable when the lens is swung out of it.

Pros: - Real 800mA current draw from RCR123A. - Starts on medium setting (perfect for a EDC-light - Starting on High is too bright in most cases). - Very small/short compared to other CR123A lights with clickies. - GITD tailcap. - No sharp bezel that could damage your pocket or mobile phone while being in your pocket. - Gets warm evenly. -> good heat mangement.
Cons: - Build quality is ok but not great. (Machining marks, minor flaws in colouring, slightly damaged GITD tailcap,...) - e.g. the Ultrafire A1 has a far better machining. - Thin walls, but thick enough. - No o-ring in front of the lens (to save some space/length?) - Small gap between head+body when using long RCR123A like the Trustfire or Ultrafire protetected ones. - Stock GITD tailcap is not as brigt as replacement GITD tailcap (14mm diameter). - Flickers visibly on medium. Barely visibly on low. - Memory mode when using it for short bursts is confusing for the next start. - No anti rolling mechanism (except for the lanyard).
Other Thoughts: FYI: Diameter of the driver board is 17mm. It is held in place by a ring of brass in which it is secured by a solder-blob from the inside.
Bottomline: Not the perfect EDC, but I like it. It is small, the machining is ok for an EDC (will get some marks soon anyway) and it has no sharp edges. The colour won't show the wear as fast as a dark/black colour would. Starting on medium is a really great feature - that compensates the PWM flickering a little bit. And: For that price you won't be too sad if you loose it. If you look for a cheap very small EDC, then go for it.

Pros: Seems to have an Edison (now Edixon) KLC8 emitter mounted on a star inside. Quite bright for its size. Nice beam pattern. Has a wide bright hotspot - great for closeup tasks like repairing things or walking around. The angle of the light is adjustable in 5 steps (0° to 90°)
Cons: Build quality is sub par and there are dirt and scratches on the lens. Heatsinking is only the star but should be ok unless using it with Lithium batteries. Smelly button (and I guess not very health-friendly). So be sure to cover that button with some tape. Even your finger smells after pushing the button several times.
Other Thoughts: Draws 100mA on low, 200mA on high and 33mA when running the small red LED. Is modable. Use a screwdriver between battery compartment and housing to open that thing.
Bottomline: Don't care if its watertight. Much brighter than expected. Great for closeup tasks because of the fairly wide beam. I used it more often than I thought I would. Go get one for your toolbox!

Pros: Nicely built, bright LEDs, strip is watertight, but connectors are probably not. Bend it to fit it to your needs.
Cons: No self-adhesive tape at the back. So you have to apply it yourself. Probably not suitable for 13.8V - the voltage in a car with engine running. (LEDs and resistors are getting noticeable hot quickly when supplied with 13.8V)
Other Thoughts: Use an additional 1 Watt 10 Ohm resistor when you plan to use it while your engine is running.
Bottomline: Perfect for illuminating the leg area in your car. Comes in retail packaging as pictured. A real bargain for that price.

Pros: One of the brighter lights with generic LEDs. (brighter than an unmodded Elly sku.1120). Big hotspot. Great machining. Sturdy construction (no thin walls, great (but dry) threads, flawless coating). Can't roll away. Easy modable.
Cons: Smelly rubber cap. Can easily be swapped by other standard 14mm caps (including GITD ones).
Other Thoughts: Machining is far better than the photos suggest. Has a solid feel. So far the best machining I saw from a generic-LED light. I was surprised of how good it is. Threads are smooth but dry. It even has a gold-plated spring.
Bottomline: Greatest sub $10 flashlight. It has overall a surprising good quality exceeding the other flashlights. Great for modding. Easy accessable components. A real bargain!
