Pros:

More easy to use!!! The PSP suport this and is the best alternative for MS with 32GB!!! Now, my PSP have much more games...include the emulators!!!
High speed with 2 MicroSD cards (they work in RAID 0 configuration, effectively doubling their performance) and works with one or two cards.

Cons:

Nothing!!! This is PERFECT for PSP but....Single MicroSD card performance seems to be capped at cca 7MB/s, although card is capable of much higher speeds when used normally.

Bottomline:

Buy it now!!!
