Pros:

Sits well on my desk. Suction cup is very strong. Makes 'racing' games much easier.

Cons:

Mine doesn't seem to tilt backwards and forwards (a pain with Monster 4x4) - but that could just be me being 'careful' with it.

Bottomline:

Well built and does what it's supposed to. If you like NFS, GT etc. then get one - I did :).
