Subject: No Images with Windows Media Player

Hi

I just received my replacement for this as the first one is faulty....

Anyway, I tried recording but there are no Images with Windows Media Player; only audio.

Quicktime plays fine. The first unit I got plays fine with Media Player.

Anyone knows what's wrong?

codecs.

different pens record using different codecs, get something like klite mega codec pack installed and it'll play in mplayer.

Yes, as Mike wrote, just google the phrase:
klite mega codec

And then save it as a file. Once saved, then execute it (open it). That allowed my media player to show the video plus the audio!
