After press switch light yellow Led, after light blue led and shutt down.

I don't Update firmware. Don't show 3 driver. Files name on drive "AK000073.AVI"

How update my spy cam?

It sounds like you need to fully charge the pen battery because it is shutting down.

Insert the pen in the USB port of your computer and let it recharge over night.

I don't know who told you to update firmware. I see no need for it.

Hi crashz,

A shut down on a blue led might indicate a full memory.

If it's a firmware issue you can download the 15-10-08 Magic.bin update here somewhere and install it to your pencam by having access to the three drives. Holding the button while inserting in usb and release button (after 2 seconds on older model, after 10 seconds on recent ones).

Only if you have the older model:

Before upgrade: Ugly green time stamp, good video quality at 15 frames per second and 1% audio lag.

After upgrade: Clean white time stamp, better video quality at 12 FPS and .375% audio lag... your choice.
