Subject: Only takes pictures [Solved]

When I turn on the pen the yellow light turns to blue, and according to the manual I press the button again but it flashes yellow once and only takes a picture. I can't record videos.

Any ideas?

when its blue this should be recording videos, yellow is standby.

that said if its a new model try opening it up to reveal the usb plug, look for a tiny switch, the more expensive models have that to select "still" or "movie".

thats great to hear, you seem to have got the more expensive model so on yours blue is standby and yellow is record / photo.

anyway glad its all worked out ok.

Please verify what the sku number is that you ordered. There are several different pens that have different sku numbers, and I want to make sure which one you actualy ordered online.
