Subject: Only 3 empty folders.

I can not get my pen to do much of anything. At first my computer couldn't find the proper drivers but after learning on the forum to hold the button while plugging the pen into the usb port I now have 3 directory folders. The problem is that these folders show as totally empty with no size. I can finally get the pen to go from yellow to blue and back to yellow but there are still no files in the folders. What am I doing wrong? It's a 4GB model using XP.

I meant to say drives not folders. I have 3 empty drives showing. Do I need to install new firmware? If so, where do I get it and how do I install it?

you might need to set windows to show hidden or system files as it could be keeping files hidden from you.

do not attempt to update the firmware without backing up (and that means seeing first) what is already on your pen.
