Subject: Has anyone ever returned this model for warranty?

Has anyone ever returned this model sku 11461 for warranty?

Unlike the other spy pens, the warranty for sku 11461 is not handled by dealextreme. It has to be sent back to a Chinese source.

I sent the pen back to DX, no problem. The only thing is, i got back a non-working pen....
