.. 2gb pen is recognized by pc (MOVIE folder shown), yellow lights on all the time when on usb , so I guess battery is charging, but when removed from usb, pen is good as dead! .. there's no way to stars recording, no blue or yellow lights, upon reset nothing happened, recording button seems to be ok (clicking sound)
anyone have some ideas? .. or should I return it?

.. anyone? .. I'm still having this problem, usb 2gb pen recognized by system, yellow light on when connected to usb, but when removed from usb, there's no way to activate recording, no lights at all (yellow or blue) .. could someone send me folders/files/firmware from the working 2gb pen? ..

i would love if someone has an answer for this. i have exactly the same problem. solid yellow when plugged into my computer and no light at all when unplugged. button does nothing. tried to reset and still nothing. but it loads as an usb flash drive and i can read and write to it, just the camera part has stopped working.

.. still same here, no help about it .. I guess this is just fake product, maybee they (not DE!) produce 5 of 50 working pen, the rest is just crap .. it worth maybee 2$ as regular pen and 3$ as usb stick, the rest is just for suckers (like me) .. eh yes, I bought 3 pens (sucker big time) .. it is just not possible that not one pen works

same problem here.. does anyone have a solution for this? out of the 7 pens i ordered, 1 has the exact problem as stated here..
