Subject: I'm still disappointed

.. could you please give me some info how much pieces do I have to order to be sure everything will work ok? .. this is the third spy pen I ordered and it wont work .. I cant send you guys photo of broken items, for it is not broken, it just wont work as usb device (usb is not recognized by any operating system 2x and camera wont record for unknown reason 1x) .. what do I have to do? .. send as broken item and recieve another broken item or report this product as a fake?

What OS do you have? They claimed it will work with Windows ME, but doesn't.
