Subject: "found new hardware wizard" driver required?

Hi, when i plug into the usb on my pc, it starts the "found new hardware wizard" & seems to want a driver. If I cancel the wizard I still cant see the drive. Can anyone help please? I am using windows xp.

Did the product come with any driver CDs?
If it needs driver installation then you could try to google the product name and see if you can find any software for that. Hope this helps.

It is because your computer is missing some drivers. Are you using bootleg Windows? You have to update to SP3 if you use XP.

Any luck with the driver ?

My don't work at all (blue and yelow led at the same time).

when I press the reset button and stick it to a USB por, It ask for drivers...
