is this black or has it changed to the silver model?

I got a black one about a month ago - put it on a kite - fell off it one time - works better now - figure that out - ya I had to play with it a little - had the complete assembly almost out of the pen - did not want to try any further - pushed it back in and it works great now. About a 40 - 45 min. run time on mine before the memory fills up.
