Subject: Packaging Declaration?

Anyone knows what is this item declared as? (i think spy cams can't pass customs?)

On the DX envelope sticker this item is declared as USB gadget.On the box inside the envelope is written mini DV recorder so if the custom opens the box nowhere will not be written spy camera or somethin like that.It is in fact Mini DVR you can call it spy or what ever but it is video recorder.
