How?

Just install the drivers, put this in a USB port, plug a TV and start watching it from PC?

It certainly looks that way.

What i want to know is if it can be used as a video capture device.

Has a composite video RCA to SVHS plug&port, RCAtoRF converter,

I hope the remote if FM as if it's not in like of sight it will be hard to use if it's in the back of the pc. Probably what the usb extension is for.

I can't see where that 1/8" audio to audio rca comes into the picutre. I don't see an audio port on the tuner.
