that's really sucks !!
i don't get it - why DX advertise that it does support DVB-T and it's not !?..
i am gonna check this out, really hop it is not a scam or so otherwise I'll report it to PAYPAL !

Then cancel the order. Better to do that, than wait for the item and then complain if it isn't as advertised.

YES, but the question is if this finely not dvb-t supported, cause if its BDA drivers than it might be..
i looked around the net for EMPIA EM2880 and Zarlink ZL 10353 chipest and i got this:

which makes me wonder if i sould give a try anyway and see it all by myself..
the best way would be if someone from DX would take a good look at this device and let us all know what the real info is all about

The chipset in my ATSC stick is EM2880, so it might be.
I don't see why it would say DVB-t like everywhere and not be it. Perhaps other reviewers were sent the wrong item? (The first reviewer got a DVB-t one..)
