Not easy to tell unless somebody actually has this.
What PuNkMaN is asking about is whether there is a 'lag' from the video output of a console to it being displayed on the screen. This occurs in a lot of systems mainly with PVR. From my experience its mainly down to the software as you will find older versions of Cyberlink PowerCiinema v4.0 and before actually had no lag... but the newer versions do for some reason :(

Can you tell what was the console you tried and how is the display quality?
I guess sound signals pass through USB and could be heard from computer's speakers. Right?
