Great deal!

I took delivery of this external case a week ago.  It is very simple to configure and comes with a dual USB cable to take advantage of pulling bus power from two USB connections if necessary.

I have had absolutely NO problems with this unit.  I installed a 120GB Western Digital notebook drive in it and it works just fine.
.
I speed tested it and it reads and writes at about the same speeds as my other USB 2.0 external hard drives.
.
The screen mesh is very classy looking and it comes with a slip cover case for transport.  I really like the dual USB cable.  Many external case manufacturers make you buy this as an accessory for as much at $20 US!

If I had a need for more of these I would buy all of them!

This is one awesome travel hard disk case. It's built from aluminum wiring so actually you can see through your hard disk. For better hard disk cooling, you may choose to remove the plastic inside the hard disk case.

PS. The "Union" branding label can be easily and safely removed by peeling, without harming the paint on the case. Those who like to keep things clean and simple may find this information useful.

Insert any 2.5" hard disk onto the hard disk holder and slide it into the external case. Then, put on the plastic cover and tighten it with two screws. Plug the USB cable to use (install software driver only if needed).
