18650 is believed to be the battery for tomorrow flashlight (at least for flashlight which currently takes two CR123A or more). Its high capacity output is just non-declinable. Li-ion gives 300-500 charge cycle, which is far superior than any form of re-chargeable batteries in consumer market.
