Basically, when turned on, the alarm goes off as soon as it gets separated with the white magnetic key strip.

To install, simply peel off the included tape and stick the main alarm unit on the edge of your doors (or windows), then stick the magnetic strip on the door/window frame, next to the alarm. Flip the ON/OFF switch to turn the unit on.

For the shock sensitive model, you only need to stick the device onto the surface you want to protect (e.g. door, window, or valuable items you do not want others to touch). As soon as the device detects vibrations (shock), it goes off.
